The staff members are noted as being very nice, with some workers being the nicest ever. One worker named Fantasia showed genuine respect, empathy, and kindness, treating customers with warmth, calmness, and a genuine smile. Another worker named Ja’drain opened the cafe so a customer could order a drink they had been thinking about all day. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is due to the coffee area where the creamers and milk station always look like a hot mess and are not appealing.
