“First, in my experience, this store does a fantastic job of order/traffic flow, handing out hot food, and orders being correct 99% of the time. Most of the staff are pleasant, have great voices for the intercom, and do a wonderful job of making things right when they're not. I typically go late at night, and I'm a huge fan of this store. For the most part. My one complaint- just one- is the Cheesy Double Beef Burrito. This thing is my favorite item on the menu and NOBODY makes it right. They take whatever burrito they have on hand, premade, and throw a little bit of the beef on it and call it a day. Let me tell you: the disappointment is real when you're looking forward to the Cheesy Double Beef burrito and you get a Cheesy Bean and Rice burrito with beef on it. Or even worse, a Bean Burrito. Please, for the love of all things holy, get your cooks in hand. That singular burrito being bastardized EVERY SINGLE TIME will be the thing that makes me go to Rincon or Pooler. As I stated, it's my favorite item on the menu and I order it every time I go- it has literally never been made correctly by this staff. Not even once, and I just can’t get past it.“
