placed an online order and waited for an additional 20 minutes. The service is horrible. All employees were unprofessional and not making any food in a timely manner. Placed an order for a frozen drink then was told they don’t serve those.
I typically really like this Taco Bell but tonight was not it. Ordered a chicken quesadilla. It was just a cold tortilla with cold chicken and unmelted cheese. How do you accidentally send food out that wasn’t even cooked? I could never imagine working somewhere and not doing at least the bare minimum. There was also lettuce on it for some reason. Stop smoking carts in the restaurant and maybe you can be capable enough to make one of your most popular menu items.
