“As many times as we have been to this Arby's, we have received slow service, and not the right order until today. The lady working the drive thru when I called the manager said it was her assistant manager Mary, she has 2 hummingbird tattoos on her arm representing the dates of her parents she took care of she told me after I asked. We had a very large order, and she was so patient, kind, and helpful, and the service was very quick for our order, and absolutely flawless! Because of her I called the manager to give her a good report and was told her name is Mary. She is amazing!!!! Management needs to do everything they can to keep her there because she is a great, caring, cheerful, and on point employee which is very hard to find these days! Thank you so much Mary and the story about your hummingbirds! Very sweet! Made our day!“

“I wish Fae could take my order at every establishment I go to ! We walked in and fae held the doors for us, then took my boyfriend and i’s order.

I asked if the frozen lemonade was a harder snow cone type of texture that would be hard ice that crunches. Am I stoned? Yes.
