“My salted caramel chiller was made wrong and they forgot to add the extra shot I asked for. They were just going to add another shot, but Josh came from the back and helped me out. I’m assuming his name was Josh because that’s what everyone else was calling him. He went beyond and hand blended it for me. He took his time and got everything fixed within like 2 minutes. He was really sweet about it and I appreciate him making sure my drink was done right. It tasted wonderful too!“

“I placed a pickup order through DoorDash early in the morning before heading to college. When I arrived, they couldn’t find my order, and I realized I had accidentally placed it at the Port Wentworth location instead. It had already been a long morning, and I was honestly ready to just accept the loss and move on.
But Grace stepped in and went above and beyond to help me get my items. Her kindness and willingness to help completely turned my morning around. She was truly the best, and I’m so grateful for her great customer service. Thank you, Grace!“
