“Our PTO held an event today for a Mother’ Day Tea Party. We contacted this Starbucks asking about items for our event. Devon was quick to answer all our questions and offered to donate food items and coffee for our event. This was such a generous offer, as we are a PTO that works with a smaller budget. Devon provided us with the most amazing customer service. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience this location and Devon. From JPII PTO, we are eternally grateful for your generosity and kindness. Everyone loved the food and coffee. You have a customer for life .“

“The food is always good, or the kitchen promptly fixes it. Very convenient for residents. Service is friendly and quick. A bit less plastic would be nice. The musical theme in Margaritaville is obvious, but an extension into the Karabic would be nice.“

“I ordered using the app and the food is always ready or a minute wait. Never had issues with the order, but I stick to simple things. I did try to use the Wi-Fi once and it was weak. There’s also two curbside parking spots available for when using the app. I don’t think they actually do the in vehicle drop off anymore, but you can use it for pick up. At peak hours, the drive-through can even block the shopping entrance. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and just download the app and make a guest order and you’ll be out sooner.“

“My husband and I were having a stressful day so we decided to come to this Starbucks to get a drink. The customer service given by a gentlemen named Karma was phenomenal! The staff that was working tonight was also super nice and helpful. Our drinks were delicious and Karma’s excellent customer service plus his friendly attitude and the staff’s hard work made our night! Thanks so much for a wonderful time.“

“Was having a rough day and came by to get a pick me up drink and Liz greeted me with the MOST joy. She was so nice and complimented almost everything about me. She had the brightest personality and truly deserves the MOST!! I've never had that type of service here and Liz truly made my day and in my opinion NEEDS a raise!!! You go Liz!“
