“Very nice and well run establishment. Scott the owner was very friendly and funny. We had heard. It was a place to go when in South Carolina to get donuts, and we were not misled.truly a great spot for a great variety of donuts and more. Thanks Scott.“
“This little gem is just that. Easily missed but highly recommended. Food and margaritas are delicious. Service is good but has changed. Most don't speak English well so you have to repeat your order and ensure its correct on payment. Mine wasnt. They are very strict on alcohol consumption rules despite selling it/carding everyone. Manager watches every move you make if you dine outside. I assume he's worried about you leaving with the drink. This has been consistent x 4 years. So, hope for table inside or just get food to go if that makes you uncomfortable. A bit pricier now for a party of 4 but offer happy hr specials. 4 people cost me $107 with 1 margarita. At least everything is cooked in front of you and fresh off the grill. Overall, I took away a star for the current changes to staff, service and pricing but still a must-go.“
“I really like this bakery! Stopped in yesterday for some treats for dessert and got myself a croissant for the road. The croissant was so flaky, tasty, buttery, soft that I could've cried it was so good. My family enjoyed their desserts, they looked very tasty. The service was friendly. The interior is cozy. Having all those display cases while waiting in line is so tempting. It's a great stop for a baked treat!“
“Wonderful place. Great coffee and yummy treats. Best ever customer service. Warm, friendly people who answer your questions, check up with you to make sure all is well, allow you to stay longer than close time, and lastly and best, they offer you baked goodies that weren't sold during the day. You don't encounter that kind of place anymore very often. We will be back!“
“Pretty good spot! The iced chai tea latte was so so good. Perfect amount of spice and it was just so so yummy. The menu is pretty extensive, with lots of vegan and gluten free variations. The service was good, they just seem short staffed. I got a belgian waffle which was pretty good, but $10.50 for just one waffle seemed pricey. It was super yummy though! Definitely would love to go back to try some coffee and pastries!“
“I don’t often leave reviews, but this place was excellent! I am Gluten Free, and the lady running the store was very knowledgeable about which products I could and could not eat. Also, she was super kind, talkative, and relatable. She said that the Gelato was based on her Sicilian families recipes, and being in Sicily this summer, it definitely took me back! I highly recommend Nonna Marie’s and we will be going back whenever we come back to Hilton Head next!Dietary restrictions: Tons of Gluten Free options!“
“Dairy Free!! Allergy aware!! If you are looking for ice cream dont go anywhere else, both dairy free and regular ice cream was good!! We were very impressed with the service. When we walked in they were very attentive of being cautious...grabbed a cone from the back, changed utensils, used a separate container and were very friendly. Other shops would not serve someone with allergies and it was no problem for the staff at Cinnamon Bear. THANK YOU FOR HAVING A SAFE PLACE FOR OUR LITTLE BOY WITH ANAPHYLAXIS ALLERGIES!!!!Dietary restrictions: They were very attentive to the allergies and would even let us look at packages and ingredients. Took the time to get a cone from the back and new utensils and ice cream from separate container. Great Job!!Kid-friendliness: Great spot for kids...Great selection.“
“Amazing Local Coffee and Pastry Spot. We had a short trip to HHI for spring break. Rather than doing my daily Starbucks run, I decided to try somewhere local and Sweet Al’s did not disappoint. It is a small little shop in Cologny Plaza. Mocha was delicious, but the homemade pastries all looked amazing. The cinnamon roll was the best I’ve had, and the rest of the family enjoyed the donuts and danishes. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. It will be my go to daily breakfast stop when we come back!“
“When you need a low key breakfast, this is the way to go! Our server greeted us with a warm welcome and hot coffee. When our meal arrived, it was tough to be patient to allow the phone to "eat" first. We enjoyed every morsel we could. The hearty portions gave us a great start to the day.“
“Had a really great experience while visiting HHI for my mom's birthday/retirement celebration. The cupcakes were fantastic and they even accommodated when we had some late changes. Will definitely use again when we visit next! Photo: Gluten-free chocolate, carrot cake and salted caramel cupcakes. I added the cupcakes toppers after purchase.“
“This is one of the best coffee shops on the island, the breakfast panini is amazing and the coffee I really enjoyed, and was way better than Starbucks. Larry was so fun to hang out with and we enjoyed when he came by for some casual conversation.“
“Came all the way from Statesboro for the Pikmin 4 collab drinks and toppers. Called ahead and Alex was very kind on the phone. We came in and Alex gave us excellent service, was very accommodating, and very polite. The environment was crisp and clean. Thank you so much Alex!!!!!“
“I recently visited a surf and smoothie shop and had an amazing experience! The owner was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about both smoothies and surf wear. He patiently answered all of my questions and even offered some helpful tips for surfing. The smoothie I purchased was delicious and so refreshing, and they had a great selection of surf wear and accessories to choose from. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a tasty smoothie or some awesome surf gear. Thanks for the wonderful experience!“
“Brent is an awesome owner, super friendly and always adding cool new menu items. Just tried the new pimento bacon panini today, came with some jelly on it, and it was incredible. Nice southern feel to the menu and inventory, good people. Love the flavored ice lattes too (personal favorite is the almond joy). Can't go wrong with a trip to C'est Bon, especially if you're already in Sea Pines.“
“Drive-thrus aren't usually personable, and you don't drive away feeling like you enjoyed the experience and felt the hospitality, but this afternoon, Ana made me feel the southern hospitality. I'm in town for spring break, and I know it can't be an easy time of year for volume, but I will come back more this week and be patient with this team for the kindness during this experience. Thank you, Ana.“
“Always very friendly and attentive! Positive attitudes within the store and their customers. They never make you feel like you need to rush with your order. But what truly sets this store apart from the others is their commitment to quality. The service here is top-notch too. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about coffee, and helpful in their recommendations or answer any questions you may have. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and soft background music, making it the perfect spot to unwind or catch up with friends.**Pros:**- Exceptional coffee quality- Cozy ambiance- Friendly and knowledgeable staff- Ethically sourced beans- Alternative milk options available“
“We are staying at the resort and had dinner here. We were one of 3 tables on a Friday night. Service was great and the food was very good! I had the snapper and it was delicious. My husband had the seafood pasta and my dad had the filet, which he raved about. Highly recommend!“
“Love this location for it's staff! They have been greeting us outside (drive thru) in the mornings with a smile. The ladies showered our youngest child with stickers and my drink even had a sticker on the lid with a positive quote! Little things like this mean so much these days. Keep up the great work and stellar customer service.“
“This bustling little bakery is so cute with a cozy and Parisian vibe. Their desserts are all gorgeous and taste incredible. They had such a wide variety and something for everyone. Their coffee menu was also extensive. We got a Raspberry Love and Ultimate Bon Bon and they were both incredible. The employees were so sweet to us and the service was very quick. Definitely a must stop for dessert lovers. They had tons of French desserts as well as crazy croissants and breads. An incredible little place.“
