“First time visitor here and they did not disappoint! Worked here for the morning and had no WiFi issues. Had a mocha to drink and a Daily Mac to eat. Coffee was good but a little pricey for add-ons (I went to a 20oz with almond milk). The Daily Mac was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had, and I would absolutely return here.“
“I totally forgot to take a picture. But the food was AMAZING. We had the french fries, the turkey bacon sandwich, the Philly steak and 2 salads. (4 adults) everything taste good and fresh. I made a request for my sandwich and the lady in the cashier was so nice and willing to help me. It was fast, good and good price. We spend 56$ in total (No drinks) totally worst it for our beach break under the parasol. The lady that works here was very kind and help us a lot!“
“This place has amazing smash burgers! Overall: excellent, quick, and friendly service, tasty food with good prices, and a nice location with outdoor seating available. They also have ice cream which is a big plus!I definitely recommend eating here for lunch or dinner!“

“The BEST sweet potato fries I have ever had, and I love sweet potato fries. The rest of the crew liked the spicy mustard dipping sauce as well. My burger was ginormous, and delicious. We sat on the deck on an absolutely gorgeous February afternoon. Our waitress was so sweet too.“
“Best way to get there is off of Pope avenue as opposed to the entrance that you’re going in to see Pines! That being said, my friend, and I had a wonderful lunch today! George was our waiter, and he was amazing! Professional patient, knowledgeable! We went on a Monday where they have half-price sushi, but we opted for the bento box, which is a crazy, good deal!! You get a mini burger of your choice, four pieces of sushi of your choice, and then one side of your choice! And a non-alcoholic drink! $19The mini burgers came out, perfect, cooked to order, we both got fries which were huge portions, and the sushi did not disappoint, and it included a drink and it was 19 bucks per person before tip“
“We had the best experience at this harbor side cafe. The food was delicious and our waiter did a great job making sure we had everything we needed (thanks Alfredo). We highly recommended that you sit at the high bistro table at the end of the bar. This table has the best view of the boats and harbor. We ordered the shrimp appetizer (plenty of food for a meal) and a yummy burger and shared a salad. The prices were very reasonable ? ?“
“Great selection of craft beers in a space, casual atmosphere with pub games. Haven't eaten here, so I can't speak for the food.8-19-2020. Sadly, the Lodge is closed permanently. The restaurant that expanded to take over this space has less than half the selection of craft beer. VERY DISAPPOINTING“
“Looks like a run of the mill fast food place on first impressions. After ordering & receiving my order, I realized I was wrong!Coming from the Midwest, this place is fantastic! The burgers are good & well topped to your liking! The selection of side items is amazing. And taking the combo "tray" is a pretty great value!Had one Out West double & one Steak single. Both were delicious! Can definitely recommend the Cajun fries!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?Recommend to any visitors to give it a try. Definitely above what I'm used to for fast food!“
“I stopped in and ordered the little bacon cheeseburger with a little fry. No complaints as my burger was made just as I ordered it. They packed the bag full or fries as usual. Staff was pretty friendly and food tasted great. Will stop here again if ever in the area“
“Burgers were good, better than standard fast food for sure but not nearly as big as the pictures would suggest and could go for some Lawry's or something to bring out flavor. Fries and tater tots were both subpar, from the tots I'm pretty confident in saying they just need to turn the fryer oil temp up and or double fry them since they were on the soggy side and not browned. The chicken tenders were actually surprisingly flavorful and tasted homemade, a nice break from the typical Sysco tenders you find. I don't see why people are complaining about price, the meals were all $9ish which is very fair for non McDonald's/Wendy's burgers.“
“We came into Nakama for a sushi/sashimi dinner and didn’t expect much in a restaurant that combines grilled food with sushi. Certainly the decor, while clean and functional, did not exhibit usual Japanese seafood surroundings of exquisite displays of fish. Boy, were we surprised! Before ordering I checked out the condition of the fish and asked the sushi chef about the freshness. His reply”all is fresh”. We ordered dumplings, sashimi platter and tempura. While we waited for the food, we ordered 2 cocktails. The bartender delivered them as ordered and apologized that he only had enough of our requested liquor for one drink and substituted another for the second. He said it was “on the house” and we could switch if I didn’t like it. No problem! Our food was amazing beyond our expectations. Dumplings were cooked just right and tasted fresh. Sashimi platter had a combination of fresh fish including salmon, yellowtail, tuna, shrimp and eel. The bartender and waitress were knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. The bartender turned out to be the owner Chris Morford ( his lovely wife was the hostess amongst other tasks) and he took the time to make sure everything was to our liking. He even stopped by later to invite us to his book presentation and signing at Barnes and Noble. Indeed, a special restaurant and a special owner.“
