“Cute beachside place, nice selection of foods (something for everyone), friendly staff, and good food. The fried pickle chips were excellent, fried chicken fingers were pretty tasty, and the blackened grouper was excellent! I’d recommend trying it to anyone in or visiting the area.“
“The Sugar Shack is a cute little shop to come for ice cream. I was really excited that they had peach ice cream, something I was hoping to try while on my Georgia vacation. It was delicious and very creamy! There is a shop inside that sells candy and other merchandise, then you go into the next room to order your ice cream. The employees were friendly. You can go outside to enjoy your ice cream and sit in their cute ice cream shaped chairs and colorful tables. Great place for families.“
“We had the best experience at this harbor side cafe. The food was delicious and our waiter did a great job making sure we had everything we needed (thanks Alfredo). We highly recommended that you sit at the high bistro table at the end of the bar. This table has the best view of the boats and harbor. We ordered the shrimp appetizer (plenty of food for a meal) and a yummy burger and shared a salad. The prices were very reasonable ? ?“
“We have our favorites spots to eat on Tybee and did not realize this year that many restaurants are closed on Tuesdays. Wind Rose Cafe was open and even though we do not smoke or drink, we went in to get something to eat. The woman who does the cooking took our order and after we asked what she would recommend...we opted for a couple of burgers. Hands down...the BEST burger we've ever had on Tybee. You can tell it was hand-made, very juicy and tasted great. We did not get her name...but our thanks to the woman who made that recommendation and that burger! We will be back.T“
