“The food was really great. We got all sorts of dishes and it came out hot. We had a great show at the end of dinner with David the magician. It was a perfect end to our dinner!”
“Everything was GREAT!! Food was a little salty. For the price and quality of food, I would DEFINITELY recommend this place. My husband got the special, which was a stingray sandwich. IT WAS AWESOME!! The coleslaw was vinegar based, so tart, but we loved it! I created my own plate, and knowing now I would have made different decisions, it was still good. Son had fish and chips and was pleased! Blue crab poutine was awesome! Too much for 2 people. Once again, a little salty, but not awful.”
“There aren't a ton of options but the ones we tried were good. I had the BLTA with tempeh and really enjoyed it. My partner for the tacos and they had great flavor. The fries were also perfect. Fun to be able to eat a meal on the beach.”
“Best out of the way secret spot ever! Fresh food, clean environment, service was impeccable! Will definitely recommend and will for sure return for the scallops!!! ?”
“Their food is surprisingly delicious, the chefs take pride back there! The Philly sandwich was absolutely perfect, the drinks are great too. Monster melon and margarita is a combo to try!”
“the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant was unique and entertaining, there is just so much character in the building! the food was amazing, the menu was small but everything we tried on it (cheese plate, dirty rice, and the hot dogs), was delicious. the service was awesome and all the ladies were extremely kind. THANKS SEA WOLF!! ”
“Literally the place that sparked my obsession with smoothie bowls, sadly I have not had a smoothie bowl this good since. The açaí base is so delicious. It's perfectly sweet and decently frozen which is how I prefer it. The granola is finely ground and perfectly sweet it added a unique texture that I really enjoyed! Everything was so fresh tasting and I left full. I was very happy and I cannot wait to come back. The guy at the front was also super helpful and made some good recommendations. It's small and cute inside. With some seating available.”
“We were happy to find this gem among all the fried seafood places. Several vegan options, clearly labeled. The tempura appetizer was simple but delicious. We liked all the rolls we tried. The honeysuckle was a favorite. It was off season so it wasn't crowded and we had a nice lunch.”
“Food was wonderful. Reasonably priced and nice atmosphere. Service was outstanding considering how packed they were and it was prime dinner time. Would definitely ”
“I found this place from browsing TikTok and they raved about their $5 pizza although when I arrived it looked more like a slice was $7 but definitely an interesting dive bar. The area, Tybee Oaks is a fun little roundabout of shops, games, and this unique bar. It was packed when we went and the inside of the bar was so dark we decided to sit outside at the bar. The bartender was ok as far as his friendliness but he was patient with us putting in our orders which I appreciated. We met some really nice people around the bar though that chatted with us which enhanced my friend and I's experience. We both ended up ordering a whole pizza pie each and boy when I tell you if you want pizza for a week then this will do it for you. It's a very nice size for a flat rate of $20 which is great that they don't charge you per topping so feel free to load it up if you wish.Although if you're mildly hungry you can just order a 'big slice' for $8 and it's pretty much 2 slices of pizza. The pizza itself is very cheesy and rich. The crust is thin which I like as well. Now I may be wrong but it did look like there were some burnt pieces of hair on my pizza but I didn't want to make a fuss. Not sure if the cook back there has a beard or sprinkled some of his own hair in there but I'm pretty sure I recognize burnt hair when I see it. I tried picking it off and not thinking too hard about it.The biggest issue I was having was with the gnats. It would have been nice if they had the tiki torches going or citronella candles around the bar and at each table to ward them off. I saw one hightop table that had one burning and was tempted to ask for theirs if they weren't bothered by the gnats.Other than that. It was a cool experience I can add to my Tybee Island belt.”
“Truly unique location and an absolute must see. Literally the best service ever from "Mr Todd" at the bar. Ignore the claims it's touristy. It's worth it!”
“DEFINITELY a locals spot and quick stop from the pier if your visitors. Best food and DRINKS on Tybreesa! Smoking permitted (no kids permitted). Video games in the back occasionally a band.”
“Had the shrimp al Fredo, loved it. The sauce was very well balanced and complemented the shrimp deliciously. Also for an appetizer I had the artichoke dip which paired with the chips, ????”
“I walked in thinking I could buy things and that's not the case. They were prepping for a dinner and the market. Next time I'll read better and try to make a reservation for a private dinner. Both folks were kind and understanding given my confusion. They were confused also and said they didn't have a digital footprint. I showed Ms. Korea the yelp pictures and she said they looked good. Either way I caught them at the tybee farmer's market. The caramel sticky buns w were literally the best ever. We haven't opened up the kimchi yet.”
“My wife and I have been in Savannah, GA for the week now and last night was our last night here and we made reservations for this restaurant. It is by far the best eating in the area. I dreamed about the food and was thinking about it when I woke up. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone coming to the area. The picture with the orange on the plate is described here: Seared Scallops, Boiled Peanut Succotash, Red Pepper Sauce, Blackened Green Tomatoes. This was my wife’s meal. Mine was self-explanatory.”
