“I love Chiriyas! The food is always so great! They use fresh herbs and vegetables and you can taste the difference. The Tom ka soup with shrimp is my favorite. Coconut milk, lemon grass , etc. it’s the Best! The service is always super friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Chiriya herself is a whole other level of great fun energy! You instantly feel happy and want to be friends with her from the second you meet! I can’t say enough good things about this place💗”

“The atmosphere at Late Air is exceptional. No matter the season, a chill in the air, or sweltering humidity, the ambiance is Hot and Chill! The wine is like no other in the region sourced from near and far. I am told that in most cases the wineries are visited by the owners and operators Madeline and Colin. This greatly adds to the mystic because if you are lucky enough to be there when they are (which is highly likely), they may tell you a heartfelt story of how that particular wine made its way to Savannah and your palette. The food pairings are of a level of sophistication yet approachable. The menu changes often so make certain to follow them in insta and FB for the current offerings. Cheers!”

“A very ‘nice’ dive bar. Clean, full of friendly people, but still has a very nice atmosphere. I went on a Friday night and didn’t have any problems ordering a drink or finding a table to sit down at - the perfect amount of bustle in my opinion. Cheap beer and a full cocktail selection.”

“We had such a great night here! The oysters were delicious and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We tried Sorry Charlie down the street first and couldn’t get a seat at the bar. Not sure why everyone wasn’t at Darling instead. We got to sample a couple of the different oysters, and the beer and the hush puppies were excellent. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Savannah.”

“We came here for Sunday breakfast/brunch and holy crap! It was so good! The biscuits are worth the wait alone! The decor is so unique, you can feel the history in the walls but it’s also been updated to a modern feel. The menu choices are expansive and may cause stress on which delicious item to pick! I really enjoyed my Bay Street Scramble, and the rest of my party enjoyed their breakfasts too! Service was pretty good, not super fast but it was also super crowded. We got in without a reservation in under 20 minutes which was great! Highly recommend!”

“We had such an amazing experience celebrating my friends birthday at this rooftop bar! Even though the weather wasn’t the best, the staff was accommodating and made sure we were still comfortable and able to enjoy our time. Our main server, Teresa, was absolutely wonderful, beautiful, friendly, attentive, and so helpful throughout the time we spent there. She also gave us some great recommendations for local bars in the area, which made for a great place to go when they had to close due to lightning.
We’d also love to thank Melissa and Israel for helping us and making sure we are having a good time. The entire team went out of their way even when busy to make our time feel special. We had a great time, took some great pictures and would definitely recommend this rooftop bar to anyone visiting the area! Even the doorman, one of them being Alton took photos for us and waited with us for our uber to arrive. What a great time!”

I appreciate that you can order & pay ahead for a 4-pack and just swing by to pick it up if you don’t wanna be in the public for long. The staff are always friendly & welcoming. Such a chill spot!”

“What a neat food court! I have never been to one like this before. You enter one way and they open a tab for you. You go through the food court and order what you want. And when you exit, that’s when you pay your tab. I will say with that method, it’s easy to spend money here. We went to 3 different restaurants and none of them told us our total. Just said they added it to the tab. Granted, we could have asked. We ordered from bowties and the food was fresh & hot. Beware it does have a tang to it. Maybe lime or vinegar? I’m glad I tried it but I would not order it again. This juice on the other hand was delicious! It did cost $10 for a 12 oz. I was hesitant spending that much on juice. But it’s actually very filling. I drank about 1/3 of it over 3 days. I’d definitely recommend it!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our 1/2 bird plate and biscuits. The best fried chicken we've ever had actually. We were not disappointed. Portions were generous. Staff was the most knowledgeable and friendliest that we've ever experienced and we travel a lot and always try local eateries.”
