The Sugar Shack is a cute little shop to come for ice cream. I was really excited that they had peach ice cream, something I was hoping to try while on my Georgia vacation. It was delicious and very creamy! There is a shop inside that sells candy and other merchandise, then you go into the next room to order your ice cream. The employees were friendly. Small little place.. quaint and colorful but mostly a tourist trap. Ordered Two cones with a "single scoop" (their single scoop is actually two full scoops) and a root beer float. Lady had never heard of that, we got a quarter cup of root beer the rest vanilla ice cream. Order including a 3$ tip was over 24$

I’d never been to an ice cream shop that doesn’t allow samples until we went to the Sugar Shack. Mind you this is when the store is completely empty in the beginning of March, not during the middle of August with a line out of the door where it would slow down the process.Sorbet was good but the smallest size I could get costed over $6, which is stout.
