Ordered through the app for walk-in. When we arrived the lights were out and the doors were locked but a line of cars had started.The lights came on and the doors remained locked. If this was because of safety then I understand but you should make sure your hours are reflected in the app and on your door signs, which said it opened at 4:30am. We got there at 6am.
I hope they're still training their staff properly. Last time I came here, my snakin bacon was just crispy air fried bacon (no maple syrup or pepper at all) and my white chocolate latte was just iced coffee with milk. :( it was a sad morning.

I understand how hard it is to find decent employees, I own a small business. BUT, if you are going to sell day old products, they should be sold at a discount. Bought the donuts at 12pm, by the time I got home approximately 30 minutes later, the donuts were pretty dry, the filling was not fresh. I guess my expectations are just too high.
