I understand how hard it is to find decent employees, I own a small business. BUT, if you are going to sell day old products, they should be sold at a discount. Bought the donuts at 12pm, by the time I got home approximately 30 minutes later, the donuts were pretty dry, the filling was not fresh. I guess my expectations are just too high.
Very busy seemed like newly staff or very overwhelming for cashier behind counter.
The young lady that waited on me was by far the fastest, most efficient and friendly person that’s ever helped me in a restaurant.

Dunkin' is a popular coffee and donut shop that has faced some mixed reviews from customers. Recently, the location has improved, with many customers noting better service and friendly staff. The crew has been very nice, polite, and sweet, which has made visits more enjoyable. Customers appreciate the excellent customer service, and some mention that the staff, like a young lady named Nazyia, are helpful and welcoming, encouraging repeat visits. The store offers a convenient mobile app that makes ordering easy—many customers place their orders when they are about 10 minutes away, and their drinks are ready when they arrive. Favorites include the caramel crazed iced latte, loaded with caramel whipped cream and cinnamon sugar on top. For donut lovers, the headlight donut—filled with vanilla cream and topped with chocolate—is highly recommended. The restaurant generally provides wheelchair accessibility and free parking, although the drive-thru can sometimes cause congestion. Despite some past challenges, overall, Dunkin' now offers a more positive experience with friendly staff and tasty treats.
