Firehouse Subs Pooler is a surprising gem that sets itself apart from other sandwich places. Their sandwiches are amazing, with customers raving about their first bites. The food is good, and the subs are a particular favorite among regulars, who appreciate the friendly staff. Although there have been some issues with customer service in the past, recent visits have shown a marked improvement, with employees now smiling, energetic, and eager to help. Despite occasional busyness, the wait is well worth it for a satisfying meal.
