“We adore this little coffee shop! The atmosphere is quaint, comfortable, relaxing. The women behind the counter are always so welcoming and friendly—they’ve even helped carry our drinks to the car a couple times. Patty especially is very kind and hospitable. Their loaded breakfast burritos are delicious, made even better by the very reasonable price. Our favorite mornings start here!“

“I’ve went here a couple of times and during those times, it has never disappoint. The coffee is really good, better than the regular coffee chains you can go to, and also their food is really good as well! My most favorite would be their butter croissant. Literally the best croissant I’ve ever tried! The prices are reasonable too. I recommend coming here if you’re ever in town. I live in Fort Stewart so it’s a bit of a drive but worth it. Customer service as well is excellent. The ladies that work there are very nice and make you feel welcomed. They’re also kid friendly as well, which is a plus! I have a toddler and it was amazing that they had a little table on the side for the kiddies to color and play games/toys!“

Starbucks Coffee Shops • $
53 Exchange St, Richmond Hill

“This Starbucks is located within Kroger. There is a sign out front to let you know it's inside. Since this Starbucks is located within another store it is small. But large enough to get the job of filling coffee and tea cups done! The Starbucks itself looks a little cramped due to the many cases they have filled with items to buy. It does not make the area look very neat. But they have taken COVID precautions. This I always appreciate! I ordered a venti iced green tea with no water(if you order no water then they do not add extra water to your tea), light ice, 2 pumps of liquid cane, and light peach juice. This is my regular order at any Starbucks I go to. The barista who took my order was very friendly. She listened and wrote my order correctly on my cup. I made sure to pay attention since this was my first time at this particular Starbucks. The male barista who made my order did not pay attention to what was written on my cup. I did not watch him make my drink. I was talking to my friend while he was. When he handed me my drink I asked him if it was no water, light peach juice, & 2 pumps liquid cane only. He confirmed that. So I took my tea and thanked him. He thanked me for coming to Starbucks too. Starbucks has a policy that if you taste your drink and you don't like it they will remake your drink. No questions asked. But due to COVID I didn't want to take off my mask to try it in store. Once I got to the car and tried my drink I was disappointed. There was a lot of peach juice & definitely more than 2 pumps of liquid cane syrup. And water had clearly been added. But this was my first experience at this Starbucks. I'm hoping that maybe this barista was just having a moment and was distracted. I like to give everyone the benefit of doubt the first time. I would suggest paying attention to when your drink is being made when ordering at this particular Starbucks. And taste your drink before leaving the store.“

“Shout out to the crew working the evening of 9/29/23. Superior customer service...kind, helpful and caring. Food came out quickly and was fresh. Backstory is I was home waiting on out of town visitors whose arrival time getting pushed back. So I ended up doing a close to closing online curbside order. When I got there, it has been canceled due to the time. They were amazing! Applied my deal discount and worked fast to get order together. I asked gentleman at window for his name to give a good review. He gave it to me, but said please don't name him, but to give credit to the whole crew. Wow. Outstanding young man. So you know who you are...thank you, anonymous employee. You'll command respect wherever you go if you keep that attitude!!!“

“As a longtime customer of this Starbucks, I am always greeted by the girls working in the morning. They are always pleasant despite being faced with a barrage of orders and tasks. Most of the time, I walk in, and they know my order without me having to tell them. Then, on most days, I will sit in the café and enjoy my coffee. Because of this, I get to see what happens. Unfortunately, the location of this store puts it in a prime location for these employees to be subjected to several different types of customers. First, they get to deal with the "Richmond Hill Karen's" (not just female) who will take out their frustration on the employees because their Lululemons don't fit the way they are supposed to (spoiler, it's not the leggings that are the problem) while telling everyone "How much money I have" (another spoiler, if you talk about how much money you have, you aren't rich). Second, given the proximity to one of the most travelled Interstates in the country, these employees get to deal with the fine folks who are travelling along the east coast. While Georgia certainly appreciates your money, perhaps some of you can leave your attitude back where you came from as it isn't the stores fault your kids are hungry, there is an accident, there is no parking, or your wife saw you staring a little too long at the convertible next to you like you were Chevy Chase in Vacation. I have experienced these workers get yelled at, cursed at, threatened to call and get them fired, money thrown at them, people demand free stuff and watched the emotional toll it takes on them while they are trying to work to pay the same bills that we all have. I have seen the sweetest girls with tears in their eyes reach their breaking point because the wait is longer than these reviewers think is acceptable for THEM (because of course, they are more important than everyone). For those of you who take to Google Reviews, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Facebook, MySpace or whatever else gives your keyboard muscles the workout you so badly desire because the store "turned off mobile ordering" or "is out of holiday flavors" let me give you some advice. Be better. Show some grace and understand these workers didn't purposely make the wait longer or run out of your favorite syrup. I get that you desperately need your fancy drink in your holiday cup to put in your Tesla that you will undoubtedly drive over the curb in the parking lot that you think is a street. It's clear you so desperately need the attention on social media so you can make your life look better to your "friends" while you are secretly drowning in debt. Calm down, let it go and just remember, that first bottle of wine at noon is closer than you think. To the workers, the real customers appreciate you. We see you working, and we see what you go through. Holiday season is upon which means your life will be more stressful and the pettiness of those hiding behind their "this is my ugly sweater" (another spoiler, its your attitude that is ugly, not your sweater) Having said all of that. This store is clean, the staff is courteous and appreciative of kindness and reciprocates it to everyone, even those who don't deserve it. This will always be my go to Starbucks.“

“For a McDonald's attached to a gas station convenience store, this McDonald's is better than most. I've never received bad food or a sloppy order, the contents of the bags are always organized and accurate, and especially when they're busy. If you need some gas and are hungry for McDonald's, then stop here. They also have the benefit of having a traffic light to help you safely get back on the road.Parking: Be courteous and park on the side of the building instead of at the gas pump if you're gonna get some McDonald's.“
