I go here to work sometimes, it’s close. Problem I’ll have to address next visit - turn the music down to give the feel of being an actual shop vs corporate giant. Staff is solid though.
Usually I love this Starbucks but today, I ordered a drink I always get and it was too light and creamy. So I kindly went back and explained that it was light and asked for a shot of espresso to make it better. The worker told me I had to pay for it, and had an attitude with me. Starbucks has the barista promise where they fix drinks if they are not good. She ended up honoring the promise but had an attitude the entire time.
