My family ordered 3 chocolate cones and i got a shake the shake was really good but my mother had to get a other cone because the cone was super messy and then the cone stale and they gave us a dirty look never had this experience before at this place before disappointing
Kimberly waited on me today and was absolutely amazing! She had recommendations for my lunch all the way down to my blizzard and I was very impressed. I will definitely be back!
After ordering a cake online, I arrived at the scheduled day/time to pick it up only to find it wasn’t there. (Not sure what happened). Since I needed it that evening, I wasn’t quite sure what to do next and Anthony (manager) stepped up, made a couple of phone calls to other locations and made sure I had the cake that afternoon to pick up in RH.
