So this been happening for days now. I let by once but when you get your croissant pretty much frozen in the middle more then 2 times you gotta say something. Come on you guys? Can do better than this !! No complain about the sweet girl with glasses she amazing, but the one who take care of food. I’m sorry you sucks. I’ll come here everyday so you don’t really want to lost my business.
This Starbucks is very hit or miss. If you order ahead in the app, the timing is never accurate and you often have to wait. Especially on the weekends! Expect to wait an extra 15 minutes! The furniture is pretty run down and can tell has had years of wear and tear. They recently changed the seating arrangement of the cafe, and it looks like less available seating.

The drinks were great but the service was poor. The girls were slammed, as expected, but their attitudes matched it. My daughter ordered a frappcinno but didn't give a straw. She went to ask for one, was ignored and then when she got someone's attention, they seemed disgusted but never gave you a straw to begin with.
