It's the little things that matter to me; condiments, plastic ware, and napkins. All of that was missing. My wife had her plastic ware, but not me. That's why the service got three stars.The food was great and the atmosphere was really good.
Normally the service is pretty spot on, but I never expected to receive a meal like this using points. I ordered a simple Big Mac. I don't know if this is a personal vendetta against people who use their points but the proper guidelines weren't in place that afternoon.

Rude Rude! The fish was cold, as were the fries, glad the soda was supposed to be! Apparently, there was no one at the first window, so I went to the next... The worker was less than pleasant, because she had to cash me out. Not even a thank you, no nothing... I won't be back!
