“I come to this Starbucks weekly, I only gave 4/5 because service can be iffy. Some of the workers are super nice but then there’s a handful that lack social skills. Starbucks is firing job that most people overlook so I understand having bad days but sometimes it’s every time. As far as food and drinks they’ve never messed a single drink or food order for me which is why I keep coming back“
“I realize I'm a little behind with the times, but I FINALLY completed my 1st mobile order & picked it up in the drive-thru! The whole process was SUPER easy! Just added my drink along with any extras to it, found a yummy bakery item, quickly added funds to my gift card, and clicked which star rewards I wanted to use, if any, then submit! I jumped in my vehicle, and 2 minutes later, after giving my first name in the drive-thru, a cheerful barista had my perfectly made order waiting for me at the window! All this, and I never left my pj's and slippers!Very simple process, awesome staff, and great early morning coffee!“
“Update to my previous review. After going back to Sturbuck to speak with Mgr about my drink and sandwich, she corrected it, she was very nice. She had my sandwiche made fresh and hot and my strawberry refreshing she apologized about it, I thought it was a bug, she explained that it was a coffee bean and gave me another drink and even upsized it. I have deleted my previous negative post because they made my morning and I am thankful for that. Kudos to great and attentive customer service.Also thank you to Management for responding to my previous comment and reaching out.“
“Our fav Starbucks they get it right 9 out of 10 times!! Morning shift is always super friendly and eager to help! Go in the afternoon be prepared to wait and don’t expect super friendly staff at that time. There’s a lot of transient people sitting in the lobby daily so be aware. But it’s a perfect location for a quick coffee.“
“This place is a hidden gem tucked in an old shoppette on Fort Stewart. I stopped for a breakfast and coffee item. Right off the bat, this place has the best Sausage Breakfast Burrito I have had in years. The coffees are good also. I looked at the lunch menu and will be back for birria tacos.“
