No one acknowledges your presence when you walk in and when you wait 10-15 by the counter for an order with absolutely no word from the employees there’s a problem. They need to work on their customer service!
Wish I could give 10 stars for service. This staff is phenomenal. We decided to go inside because everyone in Hinesville seemed to be in the drive-thru, and I’m glad we did.
My wife and I were greeted by the friendliest Starbucks staff I’ve ever experienced. The whole staff was great, but shoutout to Lindsay. She was super sweet, wished me a happy Father’s Day, took my order with a smile, and made small talk that had both my wife and me smiling.

Baristas were amazing I Treated them with respect & kindness and they gave me that back 10 fold. Probably why my drink was made perfect as well! They made eye contact and smiled! (if you got this far here is a tip dont watch them make your drink )
