I went to this Starbucks twice and never had a good experienced here... First time the service was so slow and they didn't have menu items I wanted to get(Iced Matcha latte). So I got a different drink and it was not that good.. :( Today the line was pretty fast before check out but the we had to wait so long to check out because the worker who took our oeder was confused.... I was worrying about my drink and for sure the ice already started melting and it tasted like water omg.....

I come to this Starbucks weekly, I only gave 4/5 because service can be iffy. Some of the workers are super nice but then there’s a handful that lack social skills. Starbucks is firing job that most people overlook so I understand having bad days but sometimes it’s every time. As far as food and drinks they’ve never messed a single drink or food order for me which is why I keep coming back
