“Ordered through the app for walk-in. When we arrived the lights were out and the doors were locked but a line of cars had started.The lights came on and the doors remained locked. If this was because of safety then I understand but you should make sure your hours are reflected in the app and on your door signs, which said it opened at 4:30am. We got there at 6am.“
