“I placed a pickup order through DoorDash early in the morning before heading to college. When I arrived, they couldn’t find my order, and I realized I had accidentally placed it at the Port Wentworth location instead. It had already been a long morning, and I was honestly ready to just accept the loss and move on.
But Grace stepped in and went above and beyond to help me get my items. Her kindness and willingness to help completely turned my morning around. She was truly the best, and I’m so grateful for her great customer service. Thank you, Grace!“

I had an order that I sent by app. When I pulled up the sweet girl asked is that you Mrs Tiffany then when I drove up she had my frozen coffee ready fixed top notch and because the munchkins I sent in they didnt have she compensated with another kind. “Literally my first time ever in a Krispy Kreme and Tojaii made it amazing. I was able to witness two young ladies come in to be rewarded for making A's on their report cards. I was immediately told about the App and the deals that come from joining. I'm a classic glazed donut guy and before I left I grabbed up 2 dozen for my staff at work. I'll have to make this a regular stop but as long as Tojaii and Lionel are working. So polite from start to finish and I'm a firm believer that is the way to live. See yall next week!“
