Service was fast, Good customer service, very clean inside and out. This location does have delivery with DoorDash and Uber Eats and with any made to order spot there is a waiting time here so please tip your delivery driver.

I always get a Sunrise Sunset Smoothie from Tropical Cafe. But today I wanted to shed light on this young man working through the drive thru. His name is Brandon H. Although the line was extremely long, and the wait time being long, he was very professional, friendly, kind, and patient. Great job Brandon.

When this place initially opened up the service used to be amazing. The staff was courteous friendly and with a smile on their face, the food used to be hot if it's a hot sandwich your wait time was minimal. For some reason management seems to have made a complete 360 degrees. The staff there move slow, persona and faculty expressions almost that of a depressed individual, the food be cold half the times and the waiting times take forever even if it's just 3 cars in...
