“Shoutout to Imani—super sweet, on point, and actually cared if we were alive and happy (rare these days 😂). CJ was back there running the kitchen like a culinary bootcamp—teaching his trainee cooks but still making sure they were doing the work. Respect. That’s how you lead.
And the food? It’s Waffle House. You don’t go there expecting a Michelin star—you go for chaos, comfort, and crispy bacon. 10/10, would risk a 3 a.m. crowd for this crew again.“
