“I'll start by saying that I don't go to alot of waffle houses. I stopped at this one on my way to Florida for a quick lunch. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and every employee had a smile on their face. I usually don't see that at other waffle houses I've been to. What really stood out at this location was a server named Serena. She saw an elderly gentleman struggling with his utensils and took the time to go over and help him cut up his food. That's a rare thing today and it gives me hope that there are still kind people in the world. Waffle House, thank you for hiring this wonderful person and Serena, thank you for being you!“
“Our server was named Mercy she was such compassionate soul. She made sure she had the correct order and had everything we needed throughout service despite being pretty busy with other guest thanks again waffle house and Mercy we will be back soon !“
“It's Waffle House, good food, great service, calm environment.
We stopped in for dinner and just missed a rush. The crew was tired and still gave their best to make sure we were happy with our order.
Definitely prompt service getting drinks, order taken, and had food in less than 10 minutes of sitting down.
We had a newer waitress and she was feeling flustered after the rush. She gave it her best and we were pleased with everything.
Stop in for a drink or meal!“
