When did Arby's become TRASH? I should have known when I entered the restaurant at lunchtime and nobody was eating inside that something was off with this place. I paid almost $14 for 5 dried out cold tenders a watered down lemonade and an extra small box of fries that had been sitting in the warmer all morning, I'm sure. I only gave 2 stars for service because I don't want to fault the new cashier in training for my experience. I'm starting to think there are no good places in Hiram to grab lunch.

Only giving 5 stars because Linda helped me out after the app messed up and sent my order to a completely different store. Before anyone asks yea I double checked. It combined the Hiram address with a Marietta store.

Smelled horribly strong if bleach was honestly nauseating and messed with my asthma. Ever since the new manager or whoever she is joined it's reeked of bleach. I also have seen some of the female workers vaping inside the restaurant absolutely annoying.

I come here on my lunch break to get a chicken sandwich. When I ordered I asked if they could cut it in half because I would have been driving while trying to eat. Just makes it a lot easier. Doesn't sound like it's a big deal, but I guess it was. I checked it at the window and saw that it was not cut in half as This is not the first time it has happened. I said something and the guy said Oh my bad my bad I forgot to tell him to cut it in half, But he didn't forget to put a knife in my back for me to do it myself. The chicken sandwich was horrible. They must have used all the salt they had left in Arby's on the chicken sandwich. Terrible experience. Normally is every time I come here.

Gotten food from there multiple times but this time they gave me the wrong order. I called twice to see if I could get my order and no one answered. Now a have a cup of weird beef juice root beer and a sub when I ordered a smokehouse brisket, lemonade and an apple turnover ?
The worst service I have ever had from a fast food restaurant! My husband just went through the drive thru and upon returning home discovered that the meals we paid for were all missing fries. We called to let them know what happened and stated that we would bring the entire order back to be remade to avoid the rest of our meal getting cold while we drove back for fries. The extremely rude manager told us that they do not remake orders or give refunds unless the order is wrong. She absolutely refused to make the order right or give a refund and seems to think that paying $40.00 to have half of your order missing is acceptable. The lack of customer service here is appalling. We will be disputing the charge with our credit card company and contacting Arby's corporate.
