The ppl that work here are the absolute BEST! They are all so friendly and attentive. I frequent this location on my lunch break and I go inside to order to go. Im usually there for less than 5 mins because they are so fast!
No one acknowledged That I walked I. This had to be the SLOWEST chic-fil-a there is. I did a mobile order and said I was at the restaurant way before pulling in so that my food is ready and I can grab and go. Still waited 15 mins. It looked like a manager was writing something down and showing an employee while my food sat next to them in a bag.
Drive thru is a mess, traffic routing is also difficult and dangerous. If you enter off 278 you cannot get into the Drive thru without going out into the shopping center parking lot and doing a U-turn. Crazy set up. I'll find another location in the future.
