The popeys in Hiram GA has very poor/rude and disrespectful customer service towards customers. By the way, they barely speak to you to the nasty looks on their faces when greeting you it's a turn-off! Most of the employees at this particular Popeyes or nice treat customers very well treat pick up people from delivery gigs very well on the other hand there's the others and I'm just not going to go in to that. We don't eat out a lot or too busy picking up someone else's food but I figure if they will treat me well as I'm picking up someone's food that is their customer but it's not there in person then they will treat me well when I'm there for myself if they do not treat me...read full review

This is the 2nd location we have been to and the service sucks. Starting to think Popeyes is racist. Seems like our food it put on the back burner when AA people come in behind us gets their food before us. Then by the time we get our food it's cold. Chick-fil-a is better.
