Will NEVER visit this location again. Placed family meal order and told to pull forward to wait 15 minutes as chicken was just dropped. Waited 35 minutes and had to go inside and wait another 15-20 minutes. Overheard manager saying his cook came in late. It was utter chaos behind the counter.

don’t know which was worse, the customer service at the Bojangles or the Popeyes I am currently sitting at. the lady that took my friends and I order was rude throughout the whole time taking our orders not to mention we originally stood in front of the front counter for around 10 minutes before they finally realized that they had customers. I work on cars for a living and I still have no issue giving endless customer service that people constantly come back for. it would be courteous to hire people that ACTUALLY want to be here and work. not to mention I personally had to take napkins myself and CLEAN the table ON MY BREAK. I shouldn’t have to do pull others peoples slack while I am on lunch I do that enough at my own job. DO BETTER

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced from this location. Business has to stop being so desperate to throw unprofessional people into jobs when they lack the proper skills to do their job!

This is the 2nd location we have been to and the service sucks. Starting to think Popeyes is racist. Seems like our food it put on the back burner when AA people come in behind us gets their food before us. Then by the time we get our food it's cold. Chick-fil-a is better.

The popeys in Hiram GA has very poor/rude and disrespectful customer service towards customers. By the way, they barely speak to you to the nasty looks on their faces when greeting you it's a turn-off! There are a few employees that do give good service The African American gentleman Pat or Patrick in drive thru and the young African American young lady on the register they always have a smile on their face I appreciate these people Popeys as they are good for business! Beware if you report someone like I did the district manager Sylvia told the store manager that I reported him when I told her that I wanted to remain anonymous as it's more professional which he stated she told him anyway causing the store manager to embarrass and threaten me on 4-7-24 in front of customers and staff because I called his boss and Wendall the owner who is a poor acting owner who does not care about his customers opinions or concerns This popeys needs new management or a new owner The Lithia Springs GA location is by far the best trust me I am a level 5 guide and a 6 figure Realestate Investor I know people and businesses and the right way to trat people this Popeys gets a score F from a C in my opinion! I will keep you updated - GOD SPEED -

Most of the employees at this particular Popeyes or nice treat customers very well treat pick up people from delivery gigs very well on the other hand there's the others and I'm just not going to go in to that. We don't eat out a lot or too busy picking up someone else's food but I figure if they will treat me well as I'm picking up someone's food that is their customer but it's not there in person then they will treat me well when I'm there for myself if they do not treat me well when I'm there for another then they're not going to treat me well when I'm there for myself.

What you expect from Popeyes. Staff at drive through could be a bit more cheerful, but that could be just me.

2 stars for the food because my kids didn’t get sick. One star for everything else because getting this place shut down is not option here. Pulled up about 9:30, told we couldn’t come in. Went through drive through, the employee was OBVIOUSLY INCONVENIENCED by the fact that we were there (there were no other customer present). The service was so bad my husband and I stopped ordering and just kept the order for our two kids. We pay, are told we need to pull up and wait. 15 minutes go by. One car behind us has to wait, gets their food. I ask for a refund. The guy tells me our wings are up now, that the other car was just waiting for fries. I said well if our food is not up we want a refund. He keeps walking, says “I’m not giving a refund”. It’s actually so funny because they gave me the customer AND merchant copy of the receipt. I could get a refund if I want, but I won’t, not that kind of person. So, we wait a few more minutes while their employees sat in the lobby and ate chicken (one played with the other’s hair while they ate). Great thing to see at a “restaurant”. Unfortunately, these days eating out is just a disappointment and we know that but we had two hungry kids and just wanted to get something in their bellies after their game before it got later. Oh wait- we went to the other Popeyes to get chicken for our other child at home- we pull up around 10 (hours day until 11). They are “closed”- we ask “when did you close- the kid said “now”. Come on, Popeyes Corporate. You need to fix this.
