I was able to catch them at the Temple Founder’s Day Festival and it was the best funnel cake I have ever had. I just got the Plain Jane and it tasted sooo good. Had to make sure to try a few bites of my husband’s strawberry delight! I also purchased at the festival but didn’t eat until I got home and it was still delicious! I will definitely be getting again whenever I see them! Make sure you post where you will be so we can come see you!!
Customer service goes a long way and this woman attitude was absolutely horrible. No greet, took the order, told me the price, threw her phone down and turned her back. I'm talking about mouth primp and nasty attitude. The quality of food doesn't even matter after horrible service
I tried the Ruby’s Strawberry Delight and let me tell you this was the best funnel cake I’ve ever had!! 10/10 recommend!

I had the pleasure of endulging in a funnel cake from this Black Owned Business and I was not disappointed!!! The service was quick, friendly and inviting for a food truck experiance. I consider myself a connoisseur of funnel cakes and they passed with flying colors at first bite. For a homemade batter I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't cakey, or to dense. I just got the plain Jane this time to really see if the batter was worth it and now I will be back for more!!!

When I tell you this is the only funnle cake in my life I've eaten and wasn't greasy AT ALL!!.. Sweet soft delicious everything was perfect. I had the banana pudding it was to die for.
Tried the truck while it was in Smyrna and loved it. Haven’t been able to catch them there again but hopefully they’re back soon! The fruity pebbles is a 10/10!
