First we asked if we could get the Sweet Cream Foam on the bottom of the Medium Cold Brew Coffee and the Attendee said “NO WE DON’T DO THAT !!” Well It’s been done before. Second, my Breakfast wrap was all separated in the Bag ( picture) That’s Cross contamination FOOD SERICE 101!! and when we went to pay the attendant handed us the card reader and moved it around and it gave a $4.14 UNAUTHORIZED TIP !! My wife felt rushed from the attendant to pay and it triggered the TIP !! I’m Never Going Back Again!! You want a tip from me and you can’t put foam on the bottom of the cup ..BS we deserve a REFUND!!

This place is alright, pretty great donuts as usual and the coffee is always good if you know what you want before you go, the Boston Creme Pies are always super tasty and they come out super fast witch is always nice but the building is horrible parking is tight and the drive through is tiny and feels like your going to hit the curb every single time so come with a smaller car

Free coffee day? They actually charge you full price. Ordered in the app and when I hit submit, it changed the price and charged me.
When I walked into the store, there were about five or six employees behind the counter. I stood at the counter for almost six minutes, and no one asked me if I needed help. There were no other customers at the counter. Several employees looked at me, but no one offered any help. Finally, I said to two people working at the store, "Hey, can I get some help?". One employee came over, attended to my order, and gave me a nasty attitude after I politely said to her, Thank you. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I've been to plenty of Dunkin stores, and this location in Hiram is the worst.
