You know what to expect when you go to Dunkin. The parking situation is a nightmare though. The drive thru line packs up into the parking lot and the exit from the drive thru can be messy too.

Dunkin' has not evolved in terms of their donuts. If we all know that bread becomes stiff due to air, why let them sit out for hours on end? Worse, my jelly donut had no filling until neatly the very end! Over half contained no jelly.
The eggs in the breakfast sandwich feel like plastic. There's something not natural about them and makes for a bad eating experience.
This isn't specific to this location perhaps; I think maybe this chain has lost focus of what keeps humans running.

I personally do not like Dunkins food, as it never seems fresh or tastes very good. However, their coffee is absolutely delicious and this location is rather nice. I do not recommend ordering through the drive thru in person or in the app. There is always a very backed up line and it is not worth the wait

Josh is a nice young man who made us some awesome drinks. The drinks were custom-made. We got some donuts, but they were a bit dry and average. Clean place and busy when we went, around 5pm. Saw where the tornado came thru and destroyed trees and a few signs. Even a couple of red lights were not working and causing some traffic issues. Overall, it was a nice place. Thanks, Josh!

I went through the drive thru and it WAS BUSY. However, the line went rather quickly. The person taking the order was very pleasant and efficient; and, the cashier was a little distracted but she was friendly. It's nice to have a Dunkin' close by.

Ask for a medium decaf coffee and waited over 20 minutes just to never get my coffee and I was the only that made sure to tip yall.this is crazy.i will never come back to this one.for now on ill go to Starbucks,I know I'll get my coffee after 15 minutes

Looked like they put something in my drink didn't give me correct donuts, order was completely wrong. Kasha the mamager had to remake drink. Was a very bad experience. Usually always have a good experience with dunkin.
