When I walked into the store, there were about five or six employees behind the counter. I stood at the counter for almost six minutes, and no one asked me if I needed help. There were no other customers at the counter. Several employees looked at me, but no one offered any help. Finally, I said to two people working at the store, "Hey, can I get some help?". One employee came over, attended to my order, and gave me a nasty attitude after I politely said to her, Thank you. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I've been to plenty of Dunkin stores, and this location in Hiram is the worst.

You know what to expect when you go to Dunkin. The parking situation is a nightmare though. The drive thru line packs up into the parking lot and the exit from the drive thru can be messy too.
Dunkin' has not evolved in terms of their donuts. If we all know that bread becomes stiff due to air, why let them sit out for hours on end? Worse, my jelly donut had no filling until neatly the very end! Over half contained no jelly.
The eggs in the breakfast sandwich feel like plastic. There's something not natural about them and makes for a bad eating experience.
This isn't specific to this location perhaps; I think maybe this chain has lost focus of what keeps humans running.

I personally do not like Dunkins food, as it never seems fresh or tastes very good. However, their coffee is absolutely delicious and this location is rather nice. I do not recommend ordering through the drive thru in person or in the app. There is always a very backed up line and it is not worth the wait
