Service was extremely slow. There were 4 people working and it took more than 15 minutes to make sandwich. One of the guys working was coughing in the food area but, thankfully, he didn't prepare my sandwich. The young man who made my sandwich moved at a snails pace. I could have overlooked the slow service if I had received the correct sandwich. I requested and paid for the Italian sub but got a ham & turkey sub. The whole experience was irritating.

Tried to order an Italian. They had no lettuce. Did anyone think to go buy some local. Lettuce is pretty important as far as a sub goes. So I switched to a Cheesesteak with no onions. It came with onions melted into the cheese. I went back inside and handed to the cashier, and walked out. I didn't even take my money back... I'd rather never go there again.

I have been coming to this firehouse since i was a kid. I have always loved it here, the food and the service was always great. Up until recently. I'm pretty sure they've got a new staff, and they are nice to a point. There are two teenage boys that play around and barely work. But for some reason any time I come in and order, and I order the exact same thing everytime, they mess up something on it. It's a different thing they mess up everytime. This time, I came in with my boyfriend and he got a Cajun and I got my normal sandwich. His cajun chicken, a jalapeño, and cucumbers were on my sandwich. Things I did not ask for. I understand things mixing to a certain extent but this is just ridiculous to me. I love love love Firehouse but after numerous times of my order being messed up I'm going to have to stop coming to this one.

The service at Furehouse Subs was very professional and courteous. The welcoming was good. I had the Caisian chicken sub and it was delicious. The bread, the chicken and veggies on my sub was great 👍 👌.

Just received my food from Uber eats and I ordered the Jamaican jerk sandwich combo and my food was a 10 out of 10 I will order again!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Always love firehouse and round up for the local firefighters but what happened to day is ridiculous. I was paying with a debit card and the transaction kept canceling because I didn’t want to leave a tip. It would ask and I said none and it would just cancel the transaction. On the 3rd time I put a tip and lo and behold it went through. I get tipping for certain business and services but fast food is not one of them.
