My husband went in today. Ordered pastrami sandwich, no problem, but skimpy on the meat. Ordered the salad that comes with ham and turkey. All of this was to go. Got to the park to eat, he had NO utensils, the next slap in the face was there was NO turkey, ham or any other protein. Lettuce for 10 bucks. We do not plan to return. We will try American Deli next time

I thought for a few days about this because I actually like firehouse. I came in on the Friday before my birthday and asked could I get my birthday sub today or did I have to wait until Sunday. The manager came out and stated I had to specifically order something on the app first because the company changed the policy to stop people who don’t order on the app from getting that benefit. I worked at firehouse as a teen and while I believe it may have changed since then I was shocked and honestly disappointed. So I told him I’m not going to do all of that and just paid for my sandwich. I could understand if he said I had to be there on my actual birthday and verify with ID. But to say I had to download an app then order something to be able to get it was off putting. So I just paid and left.

Wife ordered a sandwich online with pickle. Picked it up on the way home forty five minutes later, look inside, no pickle. What is wrong with this generation. They want twenty dollars an hour, but they can't even put a freaking pickle in the dam box when it says so on the label for everybody to see.
