Firehouse Subs in HIRAM is the BEST!!! They provided a great experience for me and my family!!! Starting from the cashier who was a former student I knew to the manager who was excellent and went above and beyond. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! We will definitely return(as we already do)!!!

First of all I ordered from firehouse subs Tuesday night in Dallas, Georgia on Jimmy Lee Smith from uber eats,when I got my order it was wrong. The manager had noticed it said no turkey on both subs even though I had ordered turkey to be on the. i, so she took a picture of it and she shared it with her manager ,because she didn’t want any problems later the customer complained. . I called and I simply told her that I did put turkey on it and she said no problem. I went in today. She gave me a sandwich. She offered to give me two but I told her I didn’t need it cause it was just me eating it and I don’t like to waste food. I had ordered two for one special. She was so sweet. Her name is Tiffany. The workers were great too. I got me another sandwich done correctly, even though it was not their fault, it was a glitch in uber eats system, but it’s just most appreciated when you get great customer service,, so I will always come to firehouse subs from now on. Sorry other sandwich places,, but firehouse subs is my number one to go . When you do right by thing by people ,people will do right by you and tell everyone and your business will continue to be booming…❤️❤️❤️
