Unorganized, never have carts, rude workers and always packed with not enough employees to run the registers.
Time after time, there are no carts available at the entrance. The customer has to go to the parking lot and retrieve one. It is common to have a line of 10 or more people waiting to leave the store while the person verifies receipts. Other big box stores have this “complicated” problem in hand.
