I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When I walked in, there were no customers and the employees were in the kitchen area on their phones or sweeping. No one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. The employee who was sweeping seemed more concerned with that task than taking my order. When he finally did take my order, he didn't greet me or say thank you, he just asked what I wanted. I’m a huge fan of Panera. Have been for years. But let me tell you, Sharon. She was top notch. Sweet and so very kind to my husband and I. She deserves all the good things in life. Food was amazing as always but ended up coming out to us quicker than usual! Y’all keep doing what you’re doing.
