Went in today4/7/24Ordered coffee, yogurt parfait, and sweet roll.Went over to get hot coffee- it was cold. I informed the clerk . She said it was out and would take about 4min. Also said she would bring it to me.Well 10min later no coffee, yogurt tasted sour spoiled milk. I took it back but they didnt say anything, just looked at it and walked away. My sweet roll literally crumbled from being so hard and old. No wonder there were only a few customers there. I was warned the service had gone down...didnt realize it was that bad

This was the worse experience I've ever had at Panera... I'm very disappointed because I've come to expect spectacular service every time I visit. When I walked in the young man who was preparing food was deep in conversation with someone who was lying all over the counter. The conversation continued as I went to the restroom, came back and ordered my food, then waited for my food to be prepared. When I opened my bag I noticed that I had 2 bags of chips instead of the yummy baguettes that I prefer. I asked the young man if the soup came with bread and he told me that I had chips, but if I wanted bread he would give it to me. (The guy who took my order didn't ask me if I wanted chips or Bread with either of the Pick 2s that I ordered). As I reached into the bag to give him back the chips he picked up bread from behind the counter and told me that I had to give him back the chips. I thought mistakenly that it would be a hand to hand exchange...not so. THIS DUDE PUT MY BREAD ON THE COUNTER!!!! The same counter that his friend was just lying on with his hair spread over it. As I stared at him in disbelief he thought to ask me if I wanted the bread in a bag. I frowned and slowly said yes and he picked up a bag and started opening it as he reached for the bread he had just dropped on the counter. I interrupted him and said, "but I want some different bread. You just put that on the dirty counter." He obliged me, but simply put the bread I rejected back in his container behind the counter. I am absolutely certain that the next customer got that dirty bread. Geez, Panera! Do you not teach your staff about cleanliness and being sanitary?

Absolutely abysmal experience at this Panera Bread location. From the moment I stepped in, the disdain from the cashiers was palpable. Trying to get any form of assistance or a simple question answered was a Herculean task, met with eye rolls and exasperated sighs as if my mere presence was a burden to them.The menu, while appearing extensive, might as well have been a decorative piece. I was informed, with a lack of any semblance of regret, that several items I wished to order were unavailable. This wasn't a one-off occurrence; it seems to be a chronic issue that they have no intention of rectifying.Mistakes on orders seem to be the norm here rather than the exception. What I received bore little resemblance to what I had painstakingly tried to order, despite the clear lack of a language barrier or ambient noise. It's as if the staff has a particular talent for getting orders wrong.The cleanliness, or rather the lack thereof, was the cherry on top of this disastrous experience. The floors were so dirty, it made me question the last time they had seen a mop. It felt less like a reputable eatery and more like a neglected room that had seen better days.I sincerely hope this location shuts down sooner rather than later. The retail space it occupies has so much potential to host an establishment that actually values its customers and maintains basic standards of hygiene and service. This Panera Bread, in its current state, is a disservice to the community.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When I walked in, there were no customers and the employees were in the kitchen area on their phones or sweeping. No one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. The employee who was sweeping seemed more concerned with that task than taking my order. When he finally did take my order, he didn't greet me or say thank you, he just asked what I wanted. The sandwich I ordered was disappointing and I ended up paying $28 for a sandwich and two soups. I would never visit this location again.

I’m a huge fan of Panera. Have been for years. But let me tell you, Sharon. She was top notch. Sweet and so very kind to my husband and I. She deserves all the good things in life. Food was amazing as always but ended up coming out to us quicker than usual! Y’all keep doing what you’re doing.
