I just went to this location and asked for a Dairy free dilly bar and received a regular one. I unfortunately did not check the wrapper before handing it to my daughter who is allergic to dairy. I called the location to let them know of their mistake and to be more careful when it comes to Dilly bars because it can be a deadly mistake. Whoever answered did not seem to care that a mistake was made.
Would have been nice to know you opened at 11:30am instead of 11am like your store-front and Google Maps advertise. Pulled in at around 10:45am, then noticed I was the only car there. No lights on inside, either. Having worked in fast food for roughly 2.5 years, I know that employees are there at least an hour or two ahead of time to prepare to open the store. Long story short, I walked away hungry due to time constraints. Definitely messaging Corporate about this...
The newly remodeled store is so beautiful. A total revival. Great staff and service too!!!
