“Decided to go to Hiram, Georgia today for some wings to watch some college football. Went to Cafe wing max in Hiram and another place as well to try out some local places in Paulding County, Georgia and got a variety of wings. Got terraki, lemon pepper and garlic parmasian and all were solid. 10 wings and fries were 14.99 so pretty good priced. Service was very good as well. Got to go tonight cause wanted to get back for games but really nice place and service was top notch. “Food was good and fine for what I paid for. The experience was bad and it could have mostly been fixed with more experienced staff or a more customer oriented view.
Went in ordered, received the wrong order and when I said something it wasn’t offered to be fixed or refunded. Then my mother went to the soda fountain and when getting her drink the fountain exploded on her. She tried cleaning up with napkins and staff just looked at her and then after a few minutes offered to help her by giving her a towel. My mother then tried to get her soda and it was flat. After notifying staff they begrudgingly tried to fix it to no avail.
Overall, could have been a 5 star experience with a few little changes in how the staff approached our misfortunes while dining in.
I appreciate the business owner or managers reply. Thank you for trying to make it better. Sadly your efforts went unnoticed at the time. I see now you tried to make a bad situation better. We will stop by again in the future. Thank you for your care.“

Wow! Went to Sam's to pick a couple of items. While there, my mom wanted to inquire about ordering pizzas for the senior center that she is the president of. I sent my daughter over to ask, but later decided I would follow behind to make sure I was given the correct info. While loading hotdogs and making plates, Ms. Brenda answered every single question that we had.
Why I am highlighting this superwoman? Because in addition to speaking to us, she went right back to working the register, making plates, and STILL ANSWERINGGG OUR QUESTIONS! All with a line to the door. Not once did she make us feel rushed or like we were a bother, she made me repeat back what i heard to make sure I understood the information given, but most importantly this lady never lost her smile!
