“I hadn't been to Panera Bread since the early 2000s, and I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant has changed a lot, but it's still a great place to stop. The cashier was especially friendly and welcoming, which made for a great first impression.
The coffee was fresh, I enjoyed a bagel, and my friend said the turkey avocado sandwich was delicious and very juicy. The dining area was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our small group to spread out our papers and letter-writing materials for the morning. It was a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere, and we'll definitely be back!“

“Luis puts in the intention to make every meal two steps above what you’ll get elsewhere. High quality preparation of the food. Food made to order, coffee from Rome Italy, quality facilitation from local suppliers. There’s more too, Luis is a conversationalist. Honestly it is worth just sitting at the coffee bar. Go in the building, yes it is a medical building, but once you know about it you will keep coming back. Otherwise just Grub-hub it. This place feels takeout oriented, but for me I like to eat inside. A must try for Marietta locals.“

“Food was good and fine for what I paid for. The experience was bad and it could have mostly been fixed with more experienced staff or a more customer oriented view.
Went in ordered, received the wrong order and when I said something it wasn’t offered to be fixed or refunded. Then my mother went to the soda fountain and when getting her drink the fountain exploded on her. She tried cleaning up with napkins and staff just looked at her and then after a few minutes offered to help her by giving her a towel. My mother then tried to get her soda and it was flat. After notifying staff they begrudgingly tried to fix it to no avail.
Overall, could have been a 5 star experience with a few little changes in how the staff approached our misfortunes while dining in.
I appreciate the business owner or managers reply. Thank you for trying to make it better. Sadly your efforts went unnoticed at the time. I see now you tried to make a bad situation better. We will stop by again in the future. Thank you for your care.“

“I LOVE this bakery!! I ordered a Oreo cake from Tasty for my birthday 3 days in advance I was so indecisive and the staff was very patient and kind with me. I asked for the cake to not be too moist and I was scared that I was made a huge mistake I even called and tired to change my order (they said I could) but I ended up sticking with the Oreo and my GOD best decision I’ve ever made it was so good!! And it was fluffy and moist!!“

“Can't express how sweet the people there are. Expecially the lady behind the counter. She was so sweet and had so much patience with me not knowing anything about the menu with not being there before . And food was so so fresh and yummy and fast. Perfect experience with it being my first time there!! And greatful for the free yummy scone pastry first signing up. Will definitely be back!!“

“Ordered through the Panera App. My BLT was great! The lettuce and tomatoes were super fresh and just the right amount of Mayo. The bread was not soggy either. The delivery was also super easy through the App and was delivered as expected on time! Delivery driver Guy was also super nice and friendly!“

“Food is always good from this location. My one issue is that their delivery service through their app is incredibly flawed. My order today was missing the coffee I had ordered. I called to get a refund or re-delivery and was told that I would have to go into the location, identify myself and they would give me my coffee, but they couldn't do a refund, and didn't offer a re-delivery. This was from a Manager and she was very kind and professional and seemed genuinely sorry for not being able to do more. Regardless, the reason I needed delivery is because I can't go into the location. I ordered through the Panera App because they deliver. $21 for 6 bagels and cream cheese. Perhaps you should put a warning on your website.“

“Have visited twice, and will definitely come back. The staff is friendly, attentive and give the perfect balance of presence and absence so you have what you want, when you want it, without feeling rushed. The menu offers a good variety of options. The fresh squeezed OJ is delicious, and should be ordered every time. The atmosphere is nice but plain - nothing bad, but nothing great. It's comfortable to sit, chat and enjoy breakfast/brunch with a couple of people.“
