Come here if you want high priced cold hot coffee
Terrible experience at this Panera location. As soon as I walked in, there was a very strong burning smell, like something had caught fire. To make matters worse, the bread I was served was absolutely not fresh—it tasted like it was made at least two or three days ago. It was so hard I could barely chew it. On top of that, despite ordering takeout, they forgot to include any utensils. Extremely poor customer service and zero attention to detail.
I hadn't been to Panera Bread since the early 2000s, and I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant has changed a lot, but it's still a great place to stop. The cashier was especially friendly and welcoming, which made for a great first impression.
