Worst food ever..fries were horrible, limp and soggy, very greasy, hamburger not cooked still had raw place and trying to get the drink was crazy with you not able to get refills … SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!! We never get to go out and this used to be our special “treat”….wasted our very hard to come by 20.06 !!!
Giving this location 5 stars because it's the cleanest S&S I have been in. Shakes were excellent. Burgers were great. Fries were hot. I agree asking for a tip when you have to do most of the work is asinine. However, they (company wide) used to be Steak & Wait and tipping after waiting forever to order and forever for the food was even more infuriating. Still probably the best $5 deal in fast food.

It was ok. Food was ok, bread was used on frisco melt instead of sourdough. The toast was scorched on all of ours. It should have been remade. Wasn’t a horrible experience. We may go back one more time and hope for a great experience.
