Great American Cookies

I visited for cookies, balsam ice cream, and a banana split. Unfortunately, I found a hair in my banana split. When I told the employee, she didn't offer a discount, replacement, or any apology. On top of that, even though the store still had about 10 minutes before closing, she was rude and told us we had to leave. The employees were also laughing, which made the situation feel disrespectful. I understand wanting to close on time, but customers should still be treated with courtesy until closing. I hope management can improve customer service and food quality. Sunday 7:50. 7/28\\26

Ice cream very delicious and the service was absolutely great. We ordered a cookie cake for our son and it looks fabulous, but have to admit not a mind blowing cake for the price. But it served everyone and we will try their smaller cookies next time

The quality was not what it should have been. 54.00....for a paper thin over cooked cookie!!! Save ur money and go to Kroger or Publix!!!

I drive past two other locations to visit this store because of their exceptional customer service. They greet the customers as they enter the store and willing to serve them with a smile until closing time.

This location I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant was demure and cutesy with the ice cream parlor included in the store. The young man that attended to me was so quick and kind. High-schooler Senior from Hiram High school handled my purchase he was phenominal. I will return. Young lady the night before called to make sure I was coming as I had purchased online but did not make it to pickup on the day I designated, I picked up a day after. Great location. They did everything right to me.

Parking: It's a full shopping plaza so not a mall location. More of a outdoor shopping mall plaza.

Kid-friendliness: Perfect for kids everything about this restaurant.

This is not the first time we have ordered a cake from this location. They always do an amazing job. This was the first time I ordered it online vs calling. I was nervous. But as usual, they did exactly what I asked. Caked looked and tasted amazing. Very pleased!

Picked up a square cookie cake for graduation and it was perfect!! The decoration was great, the cookie tasted awesome and the staff were very friendly. I will be using this locally owned and operated location for my future cookie needs!!
