This location I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant was demure and cutesy with the ice cream parlor included in the store. The young man that attended to me was so quick and kind. High-schooler Senior from Hiram High school handled my purchase he was phenominal. I will return. Young lady the night before called to make sure I was coming as I had purchased online but did not make it to pickup on the day I designated, I picked up a day after. Great location. They did everything right to me.

Parking: It's a full shopping plaza so not a mall location. More of a outdoor shopping mall plaza.

Kid-friendliness: Perfect for kids everything about this restaurant.

This is not the first time we have ordered a cake from this location. They always do an amazing job. This was the first time I ordered it online vs calling. I was nervous. But as usual, they did exactly what I asked. Caked looked and tasted amazing. Very pleased!

Picked up a square cookie cake for graduation and it was perfect!! The decoration was great, the cookie tasted awesome and the staff were very friendly. I will be using this locally owned and operated location for my future cookie needs!!

I feel cheated!!! I went into the store at 4:00pm. This is my 1st time ordering in the store so I spoke with the clerk about ordering a cookie cake!! I wanted to know the sizes offered and because the 16’ is the only one visible I told her I wanted something bigger than a personal size but not as big as the 16’. She told me about the 12’ and rung me up! Only at that time did I learn the price! When I came back in and looked at the cake it seemed smaller than I imagined!!! So I asked the other clerk what the difference b/w the 12’-16’ price and how many it would feed and she told me I could have feed double the amount of people for a difference of $5!!! I was livid!!! For an additional $5. I could have sent my guess home with cake!!! So the manager called the owner Charles and the only thing he told me was because the clerk didn’t do anything wrong all he could do was make the bigger cake but I would have to wait and additional 30min!!and pay the difference !!! I never said the clerk that rang me up did anything wrong but she could have educated me on the prices as well as the sizes to ensure the customer was aware!!! who doesn’t want bang for their buck!!! At this point I had already waited 2hrs and I couldn’t wait!! At this point I’m running late for the birthday dinner!! So I asked for a coupon for my next visit and he declined!! I couldn’t wait so the least he could have done was provide me a coupon for a future visit to save a customer! The manager offered a buy 5 get 1 free but that already an existing promotion offered!! This store is a joke and could care less about helping the customer!!

Came in last Friday and spoke too a young African American teen who was very mumbly and didn’t really seem aware of what I was asking.. ( all I was asking was some questions about the process of ordering cookie cakes I was NOT asking to place an order for a cookie cake) and he was constantly asking if I was going to place an order for a cookie cake or not and seem very annoyed by my simple questions.. very unprofessional. Then while he went back in the back after I said I needed a minute I had a what seemed to be a little older then the 1st tall young man take my order for multiple cookies and a coke that I ordered that day and he was very friendly and had very good manners and communication, he was unaware of a question I had about the photo cakes but he happily asked who he addressed was his manager and came back with a solid Answer. Overall tho I was very pleased with the 2nd young mans service a little disappointed with the prices tho. 4/5 for me.

I always order the chocolate chewy cookies and pecan chewy cookies at the Hiram location because they basically offer a small assortment of already baked cookies and anything else you want you will have to order and they bake them to order, however this weekend crew always has issues, they do not seem to want to bake any cookies to order, they have a bad attitude and fyi the week day crew advised they had them available and to just call when they open Sunday @ 12pm and advised they will bake to order and of course this weekend crew advised they couldn’t all of a sudden locate any of the cookies to bake. Needles to say the assortment and variety of cookies at this Hiram location is never a lot like other locations and the employees are not friendly at this Hiram location nor resourceful. Would advise you to go to the one in Dallas, it offer's much better customer service and way more options are available and the staff is way more professional and super friendly, Dallas location is 1 mile around the corner and it’s worth it. Hiram managers/ owners really need to make serious improvements with the staff.

My husband has come here 3 times. He said his milkshakes the first 2 times were to die for so he decided to bring me. Terrible milkshake. First one they handed me was the consistency of milk, I could literally slosh it around in the cup. I asked for it to be remade. Husbands was remade okayish, the lady had to bang it out of the blender to get it out. Mine is still thin and sloshy but I wasn't going to complain again. The 2 stars is for their cookies, which are their saving grace but still not GREAT like their name. Will not be returning.

Edit: we dumped both of them down the drain when we got home. We live maybe 5 minutes from this place and they were completely melted by the time we got home. Sad. And a waste of money.

Some of my cookies were over done. Prices are too high. Not enough variety. Customer service could be better. I much prefer when they were sold in the malls. Bigger cookies, better prices, always made good & people were so friendly.
