Had an awesome experience at the Jersey Mike’s in Hiram, Georgia tonight. Huge shoutout to Jah, Tray, Siah, and Mekhi—all four were incredibly respectful, friendly, and professional. They worked great as a team, had positive attitudes, and made the whole visit genuinely enjoyable. Customer service like that really stands out. Thank you all for the great service!

I used to come to this location a couple years ago and the service was terrible with horrid attitudes from literally every single person working. I’ve been twice now in the past two weeks and everyone is SUPER kind, polite, joyful and accommodating of my gluten allergy. Managers Eeve and Kim are wonderful! I am so glad to feel comfortable coming back and getting my delicious Jersey Mike sandwiches again!!!

I am appalled by the amount of 1 star reviews for this location and nothin bein done. These reviews go back a long time. I have had several worse than bad experiences here but have it a few visits before I posted a review due to my local guide status on google I want to be fair and give due process a chance. The staff is 95% HORRIBLE ! Rude, argumentative and they completely ignore customers. The food is overpriced by a LONG shot and the atmosphere is unwelcoming and dull. The store is dirty and unkempt and there has been a considerable consistency with the filthy state it remains to be in. Unfortunately that is the only consistency this location keeps besides rude ignorance within the staff towards the guests. If the store were to be not only cleaned but kept clean and the staff either rotated out or retrained then the overpricing wouldn’t be so insulting. I have had a couple VERY well made and tasty steak & Cheese here but with the foul service I feel guilty after eating it due to the injustice of the price. The menu is great. The options and location has incredible potential but until there are considerable (foot to ass) treatment here this store will fail in time. I love Jersey’s and the food can be incredible so please take notice to these reviews and remedy them. The next location is 6.6 miles from me but until they can shape up over in Hiram I will be eatin the drive as well as my Sammies. That is IF that location can deliver also. Very disgraceful. MAD CUSTOMER OUT ✌️

Stopped by earlier and called to compliment them upon my realization that this store always has the most courteous, conscientious staff. I’ve been going to this location for at least 6-7 years; the dining room is always clean and neat, and they make everyone feel welcome. The quality of
the food and service have never wavered; every sandwich has been accurately and well-prepared. Highly recommend!
The cheesesteaks and hoagies here are delicious. I did ask for no peppers on my Cheesesteak but when I got home they were on there. No problem I just took some of them off. Staff is very friendly.

I absolutely LOVE Jersey Mikes, with that being said, this location unfortunately has terrible service. They dont make your food correctly and obviously have no idea what Mikes way is, its never made correctly. Sometimes u can go in here and be completely ignored for 10 mins while u stand there with no other customers in line. Not a Hi, Welcome, I'll be right with you...nothing. the tables in here are usually pretty gross too. I can only imagine what the bathroom looks like if they dont even bother to wipe tables thru the day. Its a shame i cant go here often due to this, Jersey Mikes subs are usually far more superior.

🚩🚩🚩 I don't know who owns this place but they really need to pay attention! Today is May the 21st of 2025 and I just bought a sandwich there and I don't know why I did that cuz now I can't eat it. THE PLACE IS SO VERY FILTHY!!! I use the bathroom there's no toilet paper in the bathroom and I peeked behind the counter to look at the floor and the floors hasn't been swept or mopped and God knows how long🥵😡👺👹😻 HELL NO, I WON'T BE BACK! 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢

I order online at 2:45pm get there on time 3:00pm for them to not even have started my order yet. Place isn’t busy, but every walk in customer is getting they order made still before mine is even started 35 minutes later,Once my order is done, ITS WRONG… idk i why even bothered ordering lunch from this place. Now im late for work and i don’t have exactly what i ordered and waited an extra 30 minutes while walk ins were served & completed every 5 minutes. Why even bother with the app is what i ask myself after this visit..
