Went to pick up a delivery order was looked at Crazy waited 25 minutes after they handed out everybody else’s order and I had been there first horrible customer service they played around and talked the whole time. Definitely needs work. I personally will never eat here.

Horrible horrible. I ordered through DoorDash and what I received was someone else’s order. I tried to call the store multiple times and no answer. And even if I would eat the wrong sub, the bread is so hard you can knock on it like wood. I have missed my lunch for today. Please don’t visit this location.

This place is something else. Ran out of bread an hour before closing. Employees arguing, 5 employees being payed, 2 working. One of the two working was high. Worst Jersey Mike’s experience ever. 12/6

If you can't manage to keep enough supplies on hand to operate business, you should close or hire better mgmt. Store is consistently out of bread by 3 pm yet doesn't close til 9 pm. Never have this problem at other locations.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Jersey Mike's location today. The bread on my sandwich was hard and crunchy, which made it almost inedible. It was honestly the worst sandwich I’ve had from Jersey Mike's. While the place was busy, there was only one new employee making sandwiches, and no one else in the store stepped up to help. The manager was sitting in the back, talking on her phone, completely ignoring the chaos in the front. After ordering, I had to wait 15 minutes for my cold Italian sub, which is unacceptable for a quick-service restaurant. Overall, terrible service and a subpar sandwich—won’t be returning to this location.

Great subs, slow service. 4 people behind the counter, and only 1 seemed aware that there was a line of 8. One worker lethargically took his apron off and said he was going to the bathroom, as the line grew longer. 😖 Not during lunch rush, man!

I still enjoyed my meal, and love that spicy pepper relish is a topping choice.
I'll be back!

Horrendous service. Three people plus a manager behind the counter and could not care less how long I had to wait for my food. Currently 30 min wait on 3 sandwiches and they only start cooking it when I said something to them

MID… staff is slow but don’t blame them they are probably over worked and underpaid. Dining room hasn’t been swept in weeks. Way overpriced compared to the experience you get at Firehouse. They might make it another 6 months, definitely a management issue.

Bad atmosphere. Employees are miserable to be there. Awfully slow service. Extremely understaffed. Customers awkwardly waiting in line & waiting for overdue mobile orders. This place desperately needs new management.

There’s no point in placing a mobile order. I’ve been sitting here waiting on my mobile order that’s overdue by 30 minutes and counting. The employees are in no hurry at all and seem completely annoyed.

I always order online for my office. It’s never correct.
Used to eat at this location probably once a week $60+
Last time I ordered my employee waited almost an hour from the time order was supposed to be ready. Employees working but they don’t care.

This is a review on the management.

Time and time again I try this location and time and time again there is a ridiculous wait. Not because the food is good the line is out the door. It’s because there is only 1 person working & that person is having to do it all. Online orders, food delivery orders, answer the phone, make the sandwiches for the people in store, work the grill, be the cashier, etc…

There is no way in the world you can keep employees running a business like this. & I don’t see how you keep customers with this kind of service. I’ll gladly go to the Douglasville location from now on.

Kudos to the guy working alone tonight though. He was calm, focused, and taking care of things! He deserves a raise. FOR SURE!

Ordered turkey sub with roast beef grilled and was told only pregnant women could get that. After some civil discussion with a male attendant he allowed me to get it but the female attendant listening named Mika proceeded to pour an over abundance of oil, vinegar and seasoning on my sub. I questioned her why she purposely ruined my sandwich with no response. She was unprofessional with no business handling customers food. Even the male attendant said she was wrong and he saw it. She needs firing. I will never return as long as that little girl works there…
