This has got to be the slowest jimmy John's I have ever been too. On top of that, you tell the person at the register what you want and they push the button for the option. But yet somehow they still miss half of the stuff you added. Secondly the chicken from here tasted old and smelled odd. So not only did I waste 25 minutes of my day, I also wasted 20$ on my sandwich. I strongly recommend to not go this jimmy John's location. What a complete let down.

I had to update this review. I initially had an unusually poor experience here recently. I left a review and message for the management to be aware of the issue. Recently I was contacted by the owner, and all the issues and concerns have been addressed.
I'm a plumber so I am in restaurants frequently, and I've been in this particular one many times. I think it's worth saying that if anyway has had a bad experience here lately or seem bad review, give them another chance. With that one exception I've had nothing but great experiences here. And I hate that one bad employee likely did so much damage to a business that really goes out of their way to offer great service.

I order from here frequently. I love this sandwich shop over every other sub shop there is locally. The fact that I can place a delivery order, not have it show up for an HOUR, then decide to DRIVE to the store just for there to be 1 person working on a Friday evening with 3 other people waiting is beyond unacceptable on ownership/management. I cannot believe I tipped on this order just for me to come pick it up myself.

Let me be clear this isn't about fear. See what you'll never understand is once you start making a certain amount of money we don't play games we make calls. The calls I make are to my family who put people under the prisons you claim to come from. Try it.
Is this the type of culture Jimmy John's allows it's owners, those who represent the brand, to cultivate? If so, this is not the place for anyone to work and the Owners need better coaching and sensitivity training before actually owning the business.

Going downhill? They used to be better. Husband and I received arguably the worst made sandwiches I’ve ever had anywhere and I wish I was being dramatic. I think 10% of the sandwich actually made it into the (squished) bread and I only got 1 extra topping. They also forgot our side and neither are cut in half as ordered. What is happening here

My husband and I came into the restaurant last night and it was just 2 people. I guess one was the manager a Bald head guy and a young man training. The way the manager was patient while training and explaining the menu to both the employee and us is exactly what is needed in these establishments these days. We'll definitely be returning to this location.
