This location is being mismanaged. They ran out of bread at 11:45am and blamed it on a a catering order. If it’s a catering order, they knew about it in advance. Atleast 5+ people turned out and left. This is a SANDWICH shop. I won’t be back in this location lol

This place is very clean and very accommodating for after work sandwich. Was cheerful and seemed very happy to be helpful and IAN was super supportive with cleaning when I was there and he is also cool demeanor! I was happy i stopped!

If I could give 0 stars for everything I would. SEVANA and her other coworker who has dreads was absolutely rude when they got my whole entire order wrong. She called me a liar right in my face to the coworker. This place definitely could do better. It’s a shame because this was my first time trying it and they absolutely ruined it for me.

I decided at 9:40am that I wanted to eat at Jimmy John's I went on to the website and it said they open at 10:30 so I call at 10: 30am to order my food and now its 11:35 am and no one answers the phone. I remember they would answer the phone take your order and deliver it. Doesn't seem like they do that anymore.
Pleasant dining experience. My order was fulfilled and I got to eat here while reading for my lunch break. The employee here said have a good day which adds another star to this review. Check out this place if you like yummy sandwiches.

This has got to be the slowest jimmy John's I have ever been too. On top of that, you tell the person at the register what you want and they push the button for the option. But yet somehow they still miss half of the stuff you added. Secondly the chicken from here tasted old and smelled odd. So not only did I waste 25 minutes of my day, I also wasted 20$ on my sandwich. I strongly recommend to not go this jimmy John's location. What a complete let down.

I had to update this review. I initially had an unusually poor experience here recently. I left a review and message for the management to be aware of the issue. Recently I was contacted by the owner, and all the issues and concerns have been addressed.
I'm a plumber so I am in restaurants frequently, and I've been in this particular one many times. I think it's worth saying that if anyway has had a bad experience here lately or seem bad review, give them another chance. With that one exception I've had nothing but great experiences here. And I hate that one bad employee likely did so much damage to a business that really goes out of their way to offer great service.

I order from here frequently. I love this sandwich shop over every other sub shop there is locally. The fact that I can place a delivery order, not have it show up for an HOUR, then decide to DRIVE to the store just for there to be 1 person working on a Friday evening with 3 other people waiting is beyond unacceptable on ownership/management. I cannot believe I tipped on this order just for me to come pick it up myself.
Cannot even eat here.
