Ordered pizza for delivery got a message saying it would arrive at 7:16. Pizza arrived at 7:43 and cold

Phone often just rings and rings on a Saturday at 2 o’clock. Man finally answers heavy Indian accent rushes you off the phone. I’m sure they’re busy. Doesn’t have time to talk although the conversation is in regards to Ordering wouldn’t allow me to get crazy puffs told me I will have to wait two hours until 4 o’clock really just wanted me off the phone. Sounds like they were busy.I guess I’ll call Papa John’s although I prefer little Caesars but I know I’ll get better service
Best Little Caesar around we drive past the one on Natan Dean next to Kroger to go to this one. Highly recommend the best around and worth the drive

they make up random rules and when you can get food. i left got there at 6pm and they told me they arent doing crazy puffs after 6pm and now i tried to order at 2:50 pm and they told me they only serve crazy puffs from 4-8 which is still not true! i get crazy puff all the time and this one guy is the only person who keeps telling me no. i order from the little ceasars down the street in dallas and they took my order no problem

Bread sticks don’t include the marinara and you have to pay extra? And the guy didn’t even say they were out before ordering. This is a money hungry world we live in and it’s getting ridiculous.

I got a veggie deep dish pizza with pineapples. It was hot and fresh and the customer was great.
Came here and purchased a cheese pizza. I asked the Indian guy if my daughter could use the bathroom and he said no. Terrible customer service

Ordered crazy bread, I asked did marinara come with it he stated no. I said ok can you add it to my total or give me the combo he said no, I will just give it to you. I go in to get my order he states next time you order crazy bread you need to order marinara sauce with it; sir I asked you several times to pay for the marinara sauce if you don’t know how to work the register to add on a sauce so I can pay that’s your problem. I will not be returning back to this location I can’t do bad customer service if you’re not into your job you chose to work at find some else to do.

Great location super friendly customer service. Fresh and fast as always.
The Indian man with a low cut always seems to forget my change. I don’t care about the change I receive but I could only imagine if he’s done this to me 3-5 times he must do this to others. Working in fast food when you count the drawer at the end of day there’s a certain limit it should be at. I just wonder if he is taking all the change home at the end of the day as a tip when he counts down his drawer….where does the extra money go?
This location use to be decent. Far from perfect, But decent enough that I would order from there once a week or so.
Sometime within the last few years I think someone else purchased the location because somehow it managed to get way worse.
I've given this place an opportunity to get it right many times since.
Being located right next to my work it seemed like a cheap dinner plan on days I don't feel like doing much.
However, I won't go in there anymore. Numerous times ordering on the app just to walk in the door 30 minutes later and the guy tells me he has to cancel it.
They never answer phones anymore.
You can call in store and watch them ignore it.
They seem to close whenever they feel like it, so don't follow what Google says or the sign on the door.
Hot and ready pizzas don't exist here.
You will wait 20 minutes (Minimum) for a single pepperoni pizza and you'll be disappointed when you see it. Not to mention the 10 minutes you'll wait just to be acknowledged by staff...
The owners of this place should sell to someone who knows how to run a successful business. There's no way this place is gonna make it like this.
Now if i want little ceasars, I drive past this location in the opposite direction of my home to get it from the location in Dallas.
The hiram location has wasted so much of my time it's unreal.
Placed an order via app and the location by my job was saved. I didn’t notice it when I checked out. I noticed when I went to go pick up my order so I called the store and explained what happened and he refused to refund my money. I work across the street and order every week from this location. Sometimes I order twice a week. I will not go back to this location after this experience.
I can see why this place is only 3 stars. They act like nobody's waiting at the counter for service. Needs more employees.
