Terrible service today.
I don’t usually take the time out to leave negative reviews but when the service it extraordinarily rude and disrespectful it needs to be addressed.
My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary today and just happened to pop into Longhorn at Hiram because we were in the area.
The food was good like any other Longhorn but the service was terrible. The server was talking over us and talking down to us like we were stupid and constantly interrupting us when we were trying to order. She never asked if I wanted a refill on my drink and halfway through lunch when my husband and I were deep in conversation she walked over and told me to pass her all the plates stacked on the other side of the table so she could take them away. Mind you I have carpal tunnel and I was struggling to lift them and she was looking at me shaking but at no point did she say she would take care of it herself or even a thank you.
I am a nurse myself and my husband works in sales management… we’re not stupid or ignorant. I had a little more grace than most people so I did leave her a tip even though she didn’t earn one.
Just because of service alone we will not be back. Not worth the disrespect.

This is a poorly ran establishment. They are inadequately staffed in the kitchen causing 45 minutes plus to receive your food which is ridiculous. This happened multiple times within months of con to the Hiram location to the point where my husband and I walked out after placing our order at the bar. The person behind the bar was unsympathetic considering it was my husband’s birthday stating she don’t get paid enough to deal with this. Longhorns do better we walked out without receiving the food we ordered.

Disappointed and Heartbroken
I’ve been a loyal customer of LongHorn Steakhouse in Hiram for years, frequently dining there with my husband and family. However, my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. My sons and I walked in for lunch and waited patiently at the host/hostess podium for service. While we stood there, we noticed several staff members glance our way but not a single one acknowledged us.
To make matters worse, other guests arrived after us and were immediately greeted and seated while we continued to wait. This happened multiple times, despite us standing right there, clearly waiting for assistance. I turned to my sons, trying to decide what to do, as we continued to be ignored.
Instead of causing a scene, we decided to take our business elsewhere. It was disheartening to experience such poor service at a restaurant we’ve enjoyed and supported for so long. I expected better.
Sadly, I don’t know if I’ll be returning to this location.
LongHorn, I hope you address these issues so no other loyal customers have to leave feeling this way.

We met friends at the Hiram location and was disappointed from the beginning. The appetizer and salad were great. Although the choped steak was over cooked and sauce was very very salty. It was my fault because I know sauces as they reduce they become more salty. But the main complaint was the table service. I don't know if she couldn't hear or just didn't want to be there. She went through all the steps, just with zero personality. We didn't get the first smile until the end of the meal when check was delivered. She still got a decent tip. Although I was wishing we had one of the other servers. Also my girlfriend got the flos filet oh my goodness I have never seen a less than half inch filet from Longhorn so of course it was like boot leather. We said something to the server and her reply was ... "cut it down the middle. See it's it medium" by that time we were over it. This was absolutely the worst experience at a Longhorn we have ever had. And I have been a patron since the early 80's. I'll return but not at that location.

We have only been in this area a few months.
Second time we Visited the Hiram Longhorn.
Our Ribeye and The Longhorn were cooked perfectly at Med and Med Well respectively.
Service could not have been BETTER with Kylie as or Server.

I ordered the Patron Dragon Fruit Margarita and it taste like straight fruit juice. Our waiter was nice about asking the manager what she should do, but of course the manager states we can send it back or pay extra for more alcohol because they give a certain amount of alcohol for each drink. I understand that, but I’m telling you as customer I wasn’t satisfied with my drink because I barely taste alcohol. Who ever was the bartender on the night of 10/25 was not good at all.

The atmosphere needs a new facelift at longhorns and this one smells like mop water. The servers are nice and the food is decent for the price.

WOW "My family and I were really disappointed with our recent visit LongHorns. From the start, it felt like we were not treated equally. Even though we were seated promptly, the server ignored us for a long time, while customers who arrived after us (and were not Black) received menus, drinks, and their orders taken before us. We tried to get the server's attention a few times but continued to be overlooked.
The experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it’s disheartening to think that our race may have been a factor in the poor service. Reflects on this and makes efforts to treat all guests equally, as everyone deserves a welcoming dining experience. We won’t be returning, and we hope they improve for the sake of the city.

My family and I went for dinner after service today and was seated in a area where plenty of other guests were. After 18 mins of noticing every other table received drinks and appetizers, I politely asked another server if she knew who was over the section she left and never returned. My family and I went back to the hostess area by the front door and she walked away knowing what was going on. I then asked for a manager who was at the bar (I guess) and she apologized and walked away. Our encounter was very disheartening and sad and I wish someone would look into the attitude of the servers and hostess. Another couple went to complain to the manager on our behalf but no one cared. So sad and wasn't what I had hoped for for such a fine establishment. Be blessed
