Going thru their drive thru..they have one particular person that insist on handing you your soda with zero to very little ice. She has pulled that every time..I handed it back to her on 2 diff occasions and told her to put ice in my soda. How hard is it to provide a customer with a soda/ice???

I ordered a happy meal with a shake and a double cheeseburger, after 20 minutes of we will bring it out, they said shake was bring made and they'd be right out. 10 minutes later I had to go in and ask where my food was. Seems they have it to someone else. Furious, t this is second time they have gave our food away. Have we heard of the name system. Finally gave me or order and it was wrong. Cheeseburger for kids, should have been nuggets, plain 2 cheeseburgers which should have been a double cheese burger. Very disappointed đ

Absolutely terrible service. I waited 30 minutes just for friesâunacceptable for a fast food restaurant. The staff seemed unorganized and unconcerned about the long wait times. By the time I finally got my food, the experience had already ruined it. I will never come back to this location. If you value your time, avoid this McDonaldâs.

If I could give zero stars I would. They mixed up my order and charged me for something I did not get and I went in to make it right and they completely ignored me. I do not recommend this location at all.

Every day for 1 year I've ordered a routine breakfast here at this location of sausage mcmuffin and iced caramel coffee, until lately it absolutely sucks. The wait times longer, food sub par and customer service null. Looks like Ill be swapping to Jimmy Dean breakfasts from now on and back to my Virtuoso coffee. Bad plan McDonaldâs I expected more from the world's largest chain!
