I just used the bathroom at this location located at 4286 Jimmy Lee Smith in Hiram, GA and the worker that was in the bathroom with me, left the bathroom without washing her hands! Absolutely disgusting! She was a young black woman between 18-21, about 5'2 and has curly red/burgandy spiral hair peeking from the top of her cap. Of course the manager was uninterested in hearing my complaint. I called back to speak to a different manager 2x and as always, they never answered the phone. I won't be eating here again and I don't recommend you do either!

It’s says it opens at 5 am but when I placed an order for pickup I got the worst attitude telling me it wasn’t open yet. Though it’s was 10 after 5am and they already took my money on the app so I couldn’t cancel the order. I had to bang on windows and drive thru the drive thru 4 times and honking to get anyone’s attention. I get it’s early but this is your job. Manager Raphael I think needs to get this crew together.

After placing a huge mobile order for a group of 25, the employees went above and beyond to make sure every single order was correct and packaged it with care. I was so impressed with the service, professionalism, speed, and care. Great job Hiram McDonalds!

I went through the drive-thru to pick up an order with my sister. I noticed two speaker boxes: I was at the first one, and the car behind me was at the second. When I heard someone speaking through the second speaker, I thought I had pulled up to the wrong one. My partner then said, “Hello?” The lady responded, “You don’t have to yell, but what can I get you?” We were taken aback because we weren’t yelling; we were just confused, and her response caught us off guard.
We proceeded with our pickup information and then asked if their ice cream machine was working. She replied, “No, queen,” in a facetious tone. When we reached the second window, there was a nice young lady named Megan. We asked her if the ice cream machine was working, and she said, “Yeah, it’s been working all day.” We responded, “Oh really? Because the girl at the speaker told us, ‘No, it’s not working.’” We thought it was very disrespectful, as if she was the one in charge of making the ice cream. Apparently, the status of the ice cream machine depends on whoever is working and their discretion.

I went to this McDonald’s and I mean to order a number six but instead, I said a number nine by accident and the worker gave me a number seven with no cheese. I confronted them after I paid because that’s not what I wanted so then I told her I wanted the number six the fish sandwich, but then she talked to the manager, came back to me and told me that I have to pay two extra dollars more than what I already paid and on top of that the manager said that the sandwiches were already made that I didn’t even want and then I didn’t ask for . This is a horrible McDonald’s. They do not treat you well and I have to take what they gave me.

Will never use the mobile app to order countertop pick up. Missing 2 biscuits and the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes had a mcmuffin instead of a biscuit. It's understanding to be busy, but getting an order accurate is what the priority should be, right?
