Fries were cold, told us to pull up. Waited for a moment and decided to go inside because of wait. It was later discovered food went out to wrong car.
Despite experience, made right and re did entire order.

I previously ceased patronizing this McDonald's location due to unsatisfactory service and food quality. Today, I decided to visit again solely because of inclement weather and the preference of my infant. Regrettably, I observed that there have been no improvements. The staff remains impolite, and the food continues to be substandard. The fries, in particular, consistently taste stale and burnt, suggesting they are not freshly prepared.

Man, if I could leave nothing I would. Service was TRASH. Then I had to pull up after waiting In line for 15 minutes. I sat another 10 and watched the girl come out and give our food to the wrong car. So we had to wait AGAIN. Then the food we got was wrong and nasty. Mind you, I ordered food for my family of 5. Their attitudes about their mistake was terrible. Honestly the worst place in Hiram.

I had to wait 40 minutes for a mobile order.. it was just ONE mcgriddle. 10 of those minutes were waiting for a single employee to check on me at the counter. They all looked at me and didn't say a word. Do not come here, the service sucks!

This is the second time I’ve been given a regular sugar drink. I have diabetes and the last two times I’ve been given regular sugar instead of the sugar free vanilla or Coke Zero. This is dangerous!!!!! Pay attention before you severely injure somebody. I’m pregnant so it’s not only hurting me it’s hurting my baby. DO BETTER!!!!!

came in before any kind of lunch rush at 11:20am on a Wednesday and there's ONE other table here who already has their food and its otherwise empty. also, no crazy amount of drive thru traffic either. So why does it take 20 MINUTES to get my food? my food didn't come out til 11:40. if this were a one time occurrence, I wouldn't even leave a bad review, but this is a common issue at this location.
Went for late night/early morning food at 3:30am sat at the drive through for about 10 mins with no one acknowledging me, mind you it says 24 hours I drove around to the window and the lady told me that they were closed and close every day for a break before breakfast starts for a few hours! If it says 24 hours it should be 24 hours not this crap!

Ordered in the App, waited over 15 minutes, no drinks. She went back for drinks. I checked the food, and all three sandwiches were wrong. She came back with drinks, and I sent her back with the incorrect food. They didn't prepare new ones. They picked stuff off and added things to the existing sandwiches. ALL GROSS and of course cold by the time we got home!

Came to this McDonald’s tonight for my 2 daughters and decided to get something for myself as well. I don’t usually eat McDonald’s, but decided to give it a shot. We went through the drive thru. We ordered 2 chicken nugget meals, and a 2 cheeseburger meal with only ketchup and cheese. They gave us one bag and shoved everything in it, with fries on top, i quickly glanced in the bag and was assure everything was in it, after asking twice. We got home and there was only one box of chicken nuggets and one cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard on it. I tried calling the store 5 times with no answer. Very disappointed. It takes just a few moments to ensure you’re placing customers food in bags correctly. I’m saying this from experience working at both McDonald’s and Burger King in high school. We ended with Wendy’s because of the disruption. A waste of 30.00
