I figured it out. You will only get decent portions at this location if you're Hispanic. I was given a half a spoon of fried rice. I ordered the bigger plate, but nothing was bigger about it. It was the skimpy plate. The three meats were basically a half spoon of each. I had to wait for the sweet fire chicken, so I got the opportunity to watch them prepare the food for the Hispanic guys (7) in line behind me. That's when I realized it was different strokes for different folks at this place. The portions were way different on their plates than mine. Needless to say, I understand people like me aren't welcome in this establishment, regardless of my money being as green as my Hispanic brothers.

Along with other things, I Ordered a large broccoli and beef. It had 6 pieces of beef and 20+ pieces of broccoli. Poor care in packing. And this is after I waited for them to cook additional broccoli and beef.
Very bad service, ordered food at 8:08 they asked us to wait until item prepared. Went back to to counter for update on food. They never even started preparing. Asked for manager and cooperate office number after waiting 30 minutes. Didn't get my food until 40 minutes later.

this location is VERY RACIST! the staff is mainly hispanic and they will purposely give races that are not hispanic small scoops and then edeena and other staff will give the hispanic customer a HUGE scoop TIRED of this location.

I’ve been to this Hiram several times every time I go there they mess up my order today is January 8. I was there about 715 had to drive back because my order was not correct at all and I live about 16 minutes away. By the time I return home and started picking up my food and came across something and my walnut shrimp Cat, and identify what it is black definitely know it’s a bug took a picture of it and zoomed in

Couldn't pick up my mobile order through the drive through because they "don't do that here" so i had to wake up my toddler to be able to go inside and grab the order. I find it very annoying that they couldn't just hand me my order that was already paid for through the window.
We come here about twice, the food and service are always good. I wish they would have the brown rice when we come but usually it is not there.
