Drive thru: Just got the 2 worst tasting milkshakes I've ever had. Supposed to be chocolate, one with extras. Both had just barely any chocolate flavor??? Idk, tasted like chemicals and vomit flavored jelly beans, my 9 year old son said his tasted like socks!!! Will keep my receipt and upgrade ratings if management will grace us with some properly made complimentary shakes!

I eat at the Steak 'n Shake all the time for lunch. They have quick service and good food as expected from Steak 'n Shake. The bathrooms are great, but are passable for a fast food restaurant. I would recommend this location.

Have been eating at steak and shake for 30 plus years and this location is a joke. I've gone inside and drive thru yet the food takes over a half hour every time. It's not from being busy as there's only 1 or 2 customers ahead of you they just take forever.

I visited the steak and shake in Hiram georgia. The one in Austell Georgia where I live closed down years ago. I got the #1 hamburger combo with fries and a sweet tea. The burger was amazing! It was juicy, tender - delicious! I try not eating fast-food, but next time I want a burger, I'll plan going to that particular one.

Overcharged me for the same meal I get each and every time made the exact way. Today I was told that the listed price went up. I asked was the sandwich still 7.99 and was told yes. She then proceeded to overcharge me even though I stated the issue. She then says, “I just wish I could change it”. She already had done so and overcharged me. Fast food industry is shady and the people they hire are thieves and scammers. Piss poor customer service. Steak ‘n Shake used to be wonderful and family friendly, now they simply suck on all levels. Another restaurant brand that has become worthless and crappy. Another one bites the dust!

The night shift manager, CHRISTY, refused to give me her name, so, I went back in an asked the employee working her name. Christy was so rude and refused to help me. I brought my food back that was wrong and COMPLETELY UNEATEN - NOT EVEN TOUCHED, and she refused to help me. After refusing to help me, she refused to give me her name. Christy has terrible customer service; she talk to me as if I was an imbecile. Christy needs more training on customer service, and just basic common courtesy. This establishment has just failed in my eyes. Give Christy some more training, please; investing in your employees is not a bad thing!
I came in with my sister and my daughter. We had to order on kiosks. The drinks needed the syrups replaced. The tea was bad. There was nothing proper to drink. You had to buy the seasoning salt if you wanted things such as that. The owner came out to greet a customer. There was one other customer besides us. He was an African-American male. The owner was also African-American. This gentleman was the only customer she came to check on. We were seated at the table right next to his. I was standing next to the table waiting for the seasoned salt that I had ordered. Our food had already been brought to the table. She asked the gentleman if he was enjoying his food, if he needed anything, and if she could do anything for him. She further explained to him that they were short on things because they were having issues with their shipments. She did not come greet the other customer that was obviously waiting for something. The service was terrible. The food was lukewarm. The owner gave the impression that she only cares about certain customers.

I thought 5 years would be enough time for a location to improve. Clearly I was wrong!!! First problem was the 10 min wait after we paid for our food. Second problem was our order was wrong. I went inside to return the food and asked for the correct items. I was told to get my receipt. They argued with one another about who's fault it was and when I finally received the correct food, it was cold.... I will never eat here again!!!!

Chocolate shake barely has any chocolate in it. It didn't even look like a chocolate shake. It looked like a vanilla shake with a couple drops of chocolate sauce mixed in. Their shakes are the worst. I dunno how they can tout they are rated #1 ??? Who's rating the shakes?
