Owner is too greedy to accept coupons that other locations take. Left a big tip for the employees but the owner cancelled the order because he is too greedy and does not care about them only his own pockets. We simply went back to the other hiram/dallas location by kroger and they accept all coupons! Avoid this location if you can and go up the block by kroger. Much better and the owner is very friendly unlike the rude person who claims to be the owner at the hiram location....

Wish I can do zero star. The owner is soooo rude. I made a mistake and made a mobile or in wrong location. I called to cancel it, cause other subways said I could. He said flat out no. So I’ll just dispute. Save yall money

I generally like Subway, but avoid the Hiram location. Owner (He said he was the owner 🤷‍♂️) cancelled my pickup order when I arrived saying he didn't accept any coupons or discounts for anything. I had ordered via the website and it had a discount for the sandwiches I had ordered (BOGO I think , I forget) He insisted I had to tell them the order in store and pay full price.

I indicated calmly that I wouldn't be doing that and left. Nothing was too heated or ugly, but it was generally bad service. I did say you shouldn't accept orders online if you're not going to honor them. I will avoid Hiram Subway.

Old Kountry

I came in and brought a coupon to get 2, 12 inch subs for 12.99. For the 5th time in as many weeks, the coupon machine is not scanning. The girl this time looked extremely uncomfortable telling me that it did not work which told me she was being forced to lie about it not working. It was funny that she said that and then began punching information on the screen. I think she was deleting the coupon.

A little while ago, this location had a sign on the door that said, “We do not accept coupons.”

Now every time you go in there, it is down. Ironic or deliberate? They get one star based on this alone.
