The staff Fana was very friendly and she made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. She didn’t rush my sandwich order and it wasn’t sloppy like most other sandwich shops.

Owner is too greedy to accept coupons that other locations take. Left a big tip for the employees but the owner cancelled the order because he is too greedy and does not care about them only his own pockets. We simply went back to the other hiram/dallas location by kroger and they accept all coupons! Avoid this location if you can and go up the block by kroger. Much better and the owner is very friendly unlike the rude person who claims to be the owner at the hiram location....
